I received the worst service ever from Mica Ballito.I did payment and gave in my list for cutting on Tuesday, I was promised that I will receive the delivery on Friday.Friday when I went to the store they have not even started with my cutting of boards, I was then told by Saturday I will receive my boards at 10am, Saturday at 9:30 when I arrived at the store they just started cutting my boards.I was asked to give them 40 min to complete and then they will deliver, its now 12:00 still no delivery, when I phoned the store they told me that they just left for the delivery to drop off the boards, but they dont have stock of the kitchen tops and will have to order, I payed for this in full on Tuesday 5 days after Im told that they need to order stock to complete my order?The service of Mica Ballito are ridiculous.

I like this Mica. It is a HUGE hardware shop. All under one roof. Just a good opportunity to browse around while the wife is putting the wallet on a diet next door. Although good specials, their items are overall well prices. The service is good. Ample parking in this shopping mall.

The one place in Ballito you can go to find what you need when you cannot find it anywhere else. Very good service too.

The parking is a stress you could leave a car there come back i scratched and that disclaimer notice say park at your own risk quit confusibg but it is wat they offer , i suggest improve parking entrance and exit not to drive next to trucks offloading stuff it quit messy improve parking nd dermacate offloading bay

Well stocked, reasonably priced and good assistance/guidance on procurement decisions. Parking problematic during peak shopping periods.

The cordless drill was R400 more, than at Build it Balito,and had no case. They were able to help with something else we needed ordered,though. When I fell in the shop Slondile, was most kind, as she wiped up my scratches, from the bathroom cabinet, I fell over.

Well stocked store. My experience with the staff though, is that theyre not proactive. I needed to search the store for a sales person to assist me. It should be the other way around!

This is a really nice shop with everything one needs. There is no caravan shop in the area. Mico coud supply us withe the necessary tent pegs. Also a great garden sections to get bird food. Hosepipe equipment and dustbin sourced. This isdefnately a substitute for caravan esentials. The service is prompt and friendly.

A very disorganised hardware store.Large number of staff, but customers have to search around the store for someone to assist.I needed PVC piping. Searched for someone to assist and they pointed my to the wrong aisle, then I searched for someone else to assist and they pointed me to the cashier. Once I got to the cashier, they said I need to go to the counter where orders are done.The parking lot is also chaotic with forklifts, delivery trucks, etc in the same area as customers cars.Very poorly managed.
