I went to the branch in Glen Ashley, Durban North, for a treatment to address my frizzy hair and a cut because my hair is thin and I wanted a cut to make it look fuller, the stylists are friendly and professional enough but in my experience it was extremely overpriced. I had a wash using the First Shampoo and Conditioner (no treatment) and a straight long bob cut and set which cost me R1500. The first shampoo and conditioner costs less than R200 each for a 230 ml bottle...so Im not sure why I was over charged to that extent. I paid nonetheless, so I guess thats on me but it was a first and last
