Clean, tidy..generally do mani and pedi here. Quite good service. Went for a massage and body scrub recently though, I wont do that again. The massage felt rushed and the room was abit cold for a scrub( was a cold day).

This establishment is by far the most comprehensive and service orientated Female grooming (And male to a certain extent) in the area.In all the years I have been patronizing them, I have had very very few issues , which were immediately sorted out by the Management.The fact that Jayshika Manickum the Owner is always available to meet and greet her clients, be them new or returning, makes you feel right at home. From humble beginnings to the household name she is now, she carries this through to all her Therapists.You feel utterly relaxed in the massage rooms, which caters for couples massage therapy as well. These rooms are set in a relaxing mode and whizz you to another era.The waxing or other grooming method rooms are stark and clean and just the way it should be.

1st time experience couldnt have gone better. Staff are very friendly, establishment is clean and well maintained. Was assisted by Shlingiwe (hoping my spelling isnt too off), very experienced wax therapist that guided me gently through the whole process no matter how painful it was. I recommend her for any first timers

Full Body Hot stone message .Therapist was not well trained at all.She did not ask about amount of pressure to use nor ask weather the temperature of hot stones was ok .1 Star for cheap prices .

This Spa is a really good place to get your beauty 101 at a good price. The service could be improved, allowing the experience to be more memorable eg. Offering a beverage or magazine to read while waiting for your treatment. Overall, staff are friendly and well trained.

Its been okay. There is little things that they can do to make a visit much much more worthwhile and enjoyable. During a massage there is always so much disruption... doors opening up... consultant being called away etc.

Made a booking and waited 20 minutes to get seen to. The towels were damp and smelling damp. While laying on the bed with head down. Looking at the floor full of nail clippings was terrible. The massage was good but very smelly and unhygienic environment.

Quite the regular here, but as of recent I was really disappointed after doing a full face thread, I have really sensitive skin and my skin was bruised and knicked everywhere looked like I had a disease. Was quite unpleasant. Really affordable prices, ladies are quite lovely but I guess they need to up a notch with their training and development.

Its great for the price... waxing is awesome! Facials come with messages that compensate for a mediocre facial. I will go back for waxing.

Staff need to focus on customers and stop jabbing away to each other in a rowdy manner... very disappointed with the pedicure as the lady doing my feet had no energy and was so lack luster and kept on discussing her private life with her college sitting next to her busy with another client ... also they need to install Aircon as it was very hot and uncomfortable

So I went in for a mani, pedi and waxing. While the lady has been doing my feet she was so uninterested and did any type of job she was more interested about talking to her friend who was sitting next to her. Then I went in for my waxing the lady had to do. Double waxing becuase she said that the lady who did my nails on the legs left oil and it was hard to take my hair off my leg which was very painful to me. Certain staff was not very friendly but the atmosphere was great.
