Hair Kingdom is the pits! They are so unprofessional. You purchase but never get the actual hair you bought. I bought twice by them and both times I wasnt happy. I bought a 24 inch Peruvian in December last year, it was nothing like they had advertised. Instead it looked like a 18 and the density horrible very thin. But I dont know what made me go back. Than I bought Peruvian straight 26 , gues what? This Time it is was worse, they sent exactly the same hair from the previous year saying it will straighten up imagine. Im so disgusted and disappointed. What a waste of my money. And they will keep coming up with weak excuses. I had to send the hair back (with my money) for an exchange. The exchange was for 16 deepwave that they advertised, but instead I got probably thats a 12 inch and they probably just used 1 bundle for the hair as there is no volume at all. All the wigs I ordered from them are nothing close to what they had advertised. I was so defeated I just stopped following them on Instagram and blocked them from my WhatsApp with their stupid ads, cz clearly they dont respect their clients as they kept denying when I sent them the pictures as proof everytime. If you are not an influencer, dont buy from these crooks. If I could, I could give them a minus on these stars, they dont even deserve a star, not even 1! These pictures dont even do justice

The staff at Hair Kingdom is exceptionally well spoken and warm hearted. The level of patience shown to all their clients is so admirable. I contacted hair kingdom about a year ago and without me making purchase on any of the times I have made an enquiry the consultants always treated me with such kindness and always been assisting to my never ending questions. My friends and I have visited their branch just yesterday and we were astonished about how well they treat their clients.Their wigs are so easy to wear and any questions you have it will be answered. My friends and I will definitely be shopping at hair kingdom this BLACK FRIDAY!!!

Waited for a good hour. A worker popped her head out the door and told me shed be with me as soon as shes done with the other clients. 10,20 mins went by I knocked on the door and they ignored me. Another 30 mins went by without being attended to and I just left. Without being attended to! After waiting for an hour outside in the sun! Unprofessional and I DO NOT recommend this place

Purchased a 24 full frontal straight peruvian wig online, delivery was delayed by a week, but the quality wowoowow, this is the proper peruvian hair. Great service, delivery time must improve but.

Their actual products are different from the advert. I ordered an 18 Straight Peruvian wig, instead they delivered a curly...OK fine I straightened it. When I put the wig on, I saw that they actually used 1 bundle and a 6 or 8 closure. Its way too light and doesnt look good at all. Youll look like a rained on chick :-(. I had to buy another bundle to fill it and a longer closure, it was like buying a new proper wig.Im very dissapointed. And Ill advise people to not buy from them because theyre a reap off

The worst place to get hair honestly, it’s in some dingy shoe factory in a shady neighborhood. Purchased a 360 closure from them that tangled up and when I informed them they did absolutely nothing to rectify the situation , instead they were extremely rude.Ladies don’t waste your coins this company doesn’t know how to treat a customer

Sho!! Regret using them is an understatement. More research is needed before we purchase honestly, and when things go wrong how management deal with that says a lot.
