Took my daughter to have waxing done. The person bruised her so badly from being rough with her and using the incorrect wax, that it meant she had to take painkillers and rub Arnica on the bruises. When I queried this, I was told that as a special favour the person had not charged for a bikini wax. A bikini wax was never booked or requested. And to add insult to injury, my daughter was covered in wax afterwards. I was offered my money back but no amount would take away from the awful experience and pain my daughter had endured.

Great to eventually get a haircut! Dina was fantastic, adhering to all the C19 requirements, and gave me an awesome haircut. Im so happy theyre open again.
