The lady that did my nails was very warm and inviting. The salon itself is clean and they have a good system running. Thank you for the great service and the professional staff. I am very happy with the service.

Fancy claws is a nice salon. The workers are frendly and I was served well. I was not happy i had to wait for while they finished their morning meeting. Which could be done earlier or start taking clients later

Didnt enjoy the experience. Didnt get the nsmail shape I wanted, the nail technician hurt my fingers. For the amount of money you pay at fancy claws, I was expecting an out of this world experiance, a beautiful salon that screams luxuary. What I saw was very average.

I was there on Monday 14 December 2020 & was able to get a pedi appointment last minute. I was looking forward to it as the premises were great & the staff were very professional. Unfortunately I was left unimpressed with the quality of the pedicure. The lady rushed through the pedicure, Ive had express pedicures that lasted longer. It wasnt even about the time as much as it was about attention to detail. It was as though she didnt know what she was doing & my feet still look the same (wish I could sharea picture of my feet. They dont look like feet that have had a pedicure done, thats for certain). The only difference is that the nail colour has changed, & even that Im not happy with, the gelish has bubbles & bumps & looks untidy. It wasnt expensive at all but I still feel like I threw my money away. All in all shocking quality of work & I will not be using their services again.

I liked my fullset it is really nice way better then any other place Ive tried in the country however the lash extensions are not doing it for me reason being that when i close my eyes they are poking the bottom part of my eye and there are gaps already given the fact that I got them done last week Saturday I dont think that should be happening

I encourage every female to go at least once a month to Fancy Claws. Oh my word! Not only is the place gorgeous but the ladies are super sweet and they offer beverages while you do your hair. I call it mini heaven. It was worth every penny.

The place looks great, the first time I arrived they were still cleaning (I think this should be done before you open your doors). The lady that did my lashes the first time did an amazing job, the 2nd time I was not as impressed but they were quick to resolve.Overall I think the ladies do a good job and certainly worth a try!

Staff can work on being a little friendlier and more welcoming. Either than that, their products/beauty items are quality. Thats why we keep going back 🙂

Extremely disappointed with the quality of the customer service I received. Firstly, I arrived 30mins early for my 10am appointment and they were still closed (despite the website trading hours which state operating hours from 9am to 5pm). Upon my arrival staff were all gathered outside and told me they will call me once they are open. 30 minutes later I still had not received a call. I went back and the owner, very rudely, wanted to move my appointment. No apology for the delay caused by them. After disputing a change in my appointment, I was assisted. My eyelash technician was the least friendliest person Ive ever met and was unprofessionally on her phone THE ENTIRE TIME! The phone was literally next to my ear buzzing and beeping until she also made a call whilst doing my treatment. To my shock and horror, Fancy Claws was not what I expected and actually there is nothing fancy about them! My eyelashes were very poorly done and for the price I paid, I really didnt feel like a valued customer.

I went to have my hair done, have extension put in. When I arrived there was some confusion as to who was going to help me. Once we started, the person doing my hair washed it in such a way that there were knots galore. Then she proceeded to use a comb and tear through my hair and pull my hair from my scalp without any regard. When I explained that she was causing me pain, she went to another hairdresser and sniggered about it. They both came back and thought it was funny to teasingly ask me does it hurt?. Not only are they unprofessional, they are not educated in how to manage hair. Stay away, for the sake of your hair and scalp.

To say Im dissapointed is an understatement. I left the salon livid! 1.They gave me Lihle as my hairdresser and she didnt hide the fact that she didnt want to do braids and her second comment was distasteful about my hair. 2. I sat there for 6 freaking hours just doing cornrows and box braids! Even the girl I paid to was shocked I stayed that long, not including waiting time. 3. I showed her a picture and a video and she still got my hairstyle wrong!!!!!!!! 4. Cherry on top was the reap off. I asked how much the style would cost and and lihle went to ask someone else and that person said R530 but after 6hours she freaking charged me R750 and her excuse was the length of my style as though it was different from the pic which it wasnt(I dont know why Im suprised becauseI smelled her greediness whilst I was still on the chair from the comments she made to other customers). If I ever do my hair there I will be a fool! And to let anyone I know to go there would be cruel of me.

Bad service especially if you not glamorous they dont take you serious. I paid R1000 but i was not pleased with anything ended up being late for my graduation cause they didnt do my hair on time.

They do nails beautifully however their time management is poor. Each time I went I had to wait a ridiculous period of time and I find that very unprofessional
