Ive used the Overport store/ Ebrahim a few times in the past, were good and helpful but that seems to have changed.....perhaps understaffed now as Ive left msgs over the weeks for a sales person to return my calls iro quoting me for cameras etc to add to my Hik vision set up I bought from them but sadly no follow up/reply. Owner and Manager need to know this as seems they dont need/want the business? Im annoyed / disappointed and doubt I will be dealing with them again. Tanya

Be warned that Security Hyperstores return policy goes against the consumer protection act in that they hold back 15% of your purchase value if you return a product, unopened and if perfect condition, directly to the store from which you purchased in 2 days earlier. This fine print was not made known to me despite me telling the store consultant that I needed to check it was correct with the electrician who was repairing the wheelchair hoist for which I purchased the receivers. I have phoned and emailed head office for assistance in correcting this, but to date have been ignored. I am now forced to take this up with the consumer court, and to name and shame this disgraceful practice.
