Good service. Prices could be better but then Pick n Pay can be pricey.

Queues were too long. Cashier was chatting on her cellphone whilst trying to serve us. Have never seen anything like that before

The service is terrible. For a Friday around 11h30 only a third of the tills were open, queues were 8 to 10 deep. Pick n Pay you need to get your act together! Long delays as tills were slow!

This is a huge store fulled with variety of products.The aisles are well layed out and are not too crowded.When queueing it always seems like you will wait forever but the queue moves very quickly and the staff are always friendly

Usually shop at pnp nothing much from the norm of shopping at pnp still the only retailer that actually gives real discounts and cash back with their reward card that gives you back a small percentage back after awhile it always is something that comes in handy love that system especially with the pnp birthday event going on so many specials that are actually worth going for

Not my favourite PNP I have to be honest. Layout of the store is funny. Mushrooms were not the best quality and that stuck with me. Store is not well stocked on items found at other stores. No Daily Maverick newspaper to be found and staff are unsure of whats being asked. Liquor store does not have the best wines available or stock for that matter, I never ever find the PNP brand wine when needed. I really dont like this store. Even the tills are not those automated moving ones, who knew that would be a thing to be noticed or missed.

Friendliest cashiers ever...love them, doing a fine job in reminding me of certain promotions whilst cashing up my goods. My 5 stars are for all the cashiers in Pavilion Durban.

Everything you expect from a big supermarket

This used to be a favourite shop. But then the store layout changed completely, to my mind reducing shelf space for products.They do, however, have a fairly good fresh produce section, if you can navigate around the silly layout.

Fresh produce and at a good priceToday I want to tell you about my experience at the till point. My packer noticed that I only took 2 of the chilies and taking 3 meant I would get that one free. He packed my groceries and ran off to get my free chilies. I only had a bar one to give him and a thank you. Well done yo your staff. Stay blessed

Till points very noisy as co-tellers and packers are very loud joking and chatting with each other. They chatting with each others with no regards of the customer trying to pay or do their business. I did mention this to the teller but she thought I was from space!

Ive wrote before what a pleasure it was to shop there especially the queuing system they had, now they changed the system and people are standing all over the place. The queuing system worked before and went very quickly, and now chaos.

This branch is closing at 6pm when the centre closes at 7pm. That is rediculous.

Best ever

Give it a miss. 4 tills open at month end. And two of them for under 10 items or less. If you want to spend all day just waiting to pay for your groceries, I suggest you take a picnic basket. Staff also rather have conversations among themselves rather than help a customer.

It is so big! The queues are constantly moving. Has almost everything you will need and more in a grocery store. Has a bakery, with freshly baked bread and rolls and other pastries to choose from. Their sales are always crazy!
