When Dr jugmohan is not there.. The workers are too slow I come to collect my blood result...it took them an hour 😰😰 im still waiting in the room for more than 30min now...😢

I went to the doctor today hoping to get help. The doctor came into the consulting room but said he cant treat me because my medical aid contact center isnt open so they cant confirm funds. I tried to show the doctor on the medical aid app that I still had plenty of funds remaining but he refused to treat me because they couldnt phone to confirm funds. This is very poor service and unacceptable. In this day and age there are other platforms to confirm funds besides phoning in. The doctor just left the room while I was still trying to talk to him. What this means is the doctor cares more about money than peoples lives. Im highly disappointed with the service I received today and will never go back to this place.
