Since my very first time couple years ago, as a new patient, I received excellent service, even up to this day. Doctor Govender is terrific. Knowledgeable, sensitive, informative. I immediately feel at ease and feel confident in my receiving expert medical care. Staff are great too. They are very kind and helpful. And I barely wait to be helped when I checked in, even if I have to wait for awhile, it doesnt really matter as the staff always makes it feel like home, offer us coffee/tea and even start a conversation.In overall I always walk away, very impressed. I HIGHLY recommend Bonela Medical Center to be your go-to.Thank you guys!!!!

In these 7yrs and to present my wife and I are always treated with the utmost care by Dr Govender and the staff. Even if there is a slight wait to see the doctor we dont mind as its such a pleasure to chat to the staff and the doctor takes such time and care to ensure we are given the best medical treatment. I have noticed on every visit that i have been to the practice that each patient there waiting to see the doctor is treated like family and so much time and care is taken to assist each person including my wife and I. Even the security at the gate is so helpful . I am absolutely impressed that they even go the extra mile to ensure that we receive our chronic meds on time. Convenient medical care with the best service ever.

I have high blood pressure and was given meds that caused my pressure to go even higher i have stopped going to this practice,Subban left now we stuck with no good doctor

This Doctor only cares about money, you could be dying and all he cares about is making an appointment so that he can bill the medical aid

Wow just wish they could keep to appointments...I noticed they would make you wait 3 hours but push out cash patients urgently and lie that those patients were emergencies but yet they walk in all jokes while others wait in the heat.if you cant book a simple appointment then say so...but stop chasing funds

Had the worst experience. They only cater for cards and I had cash. Didnt receive what I came there for just because of payment method. So I went back home sick because of payment method?

Worse service ever, they are thiefs, went to the doctor in July, did a consultation and was told that the medication is ordered I should come back at 5pm on that day, they will also call me , after I called at 5 was told it didnt arrive, called back next day, it still hasnt arrived, weeks and moths have passed no call from them, but they where good at taking my money, worse device ever😡
