Received Great service from Dr. Hansen for physiotherapy. 5 starsReceived great service from Dr. Khan during an appointment discussing medical issues as well as laser hair removal treatment on men, which led me to make an appointment. 5 starsUnprofessional conduct. The lady responsible for laser hair removal booked my appointment and discussed the preparation requirements only to cancel the appointment later in the day the due to booking conflicts and rescheduled for another day. Understandable. The following day the lady calls to cancel again, this time stating she cannot perform laser hair removal on Men due to marital and religious reasons. If this is the case it should be stated upfront on the Business website and bookings should not be accepted from men instead of wasting peoples time.
Dont answer their phones, they dont bother responding to booking requests on whatsapp... Wont use them again.
They are extremely busy with limited parking but we are in the middle of a pandemic so its understandable. Staff have requested I wait in my car for safety concerns. `There are slight delays but it is expected considering the number of people waiting to be treated. Dr Khan is extremely polite and professional even under the current circumstances. Absolute pleasure as an overall experience.
Unbelievable! The Varish that wrote The review is of the establishment and not the doctor. Neither my mum, partner nor I saw the doctor. In the same way that you dont just rate the airconditioners or waiters in a restaurant. Be sure to understand, that is how this review process works before assuming ignorance on my end when it is on yours. Additionally, I made the appointment on behalf of my mother who was ill. Why you bring this up is beyond logic. still took the time to search this doctor on her personal capacity and do a one star rating on her as well, knowing that he did not see doc as she mentioned. You then claim ignorance on docs part?Varish Singh ur intentions are misleading . Uhave no idea what this doctor has done for many families and our community and i have therefore taken the time to correct u. Dont claim to be reviewing an establishment when you are defaming a professional and calling her names. They are risking their lives every day for others. Your intentions are disgusting. Such a pity we cant rate you as a human.
I see that the response is directly from the owner so I assume it is Dr Khan that responds. To be clear. The review is of the establishment and not the doctor. However you have taken the time to respond , so I assume you have at least an amount of care for your job so I will take the time and point out the reasons for the review as our collective experience of your establishment, specifically the front office. The events were as follows.I made an appointment for 11:10 am. At 10:45 am I called a second time to inform the receptionist that I might be late. Her response was that I needed to be there before 12 midday in order to be seen to. Nonetheless, I arrived at 11:10 am which was on time and announced my arrival and that my mum had to wait in the car due to the nature of her illness. It was also a hot day. At 12:30, I reminded the receptionist that my mum was quite ill and was still waiting. She said that there was only 2 people left and then my mums turn. Then at 13:15. I went back to her and her response was that there was one patient in the doctors room and 1 outside and then my mums turn. This to me added up to the same 2 patients from 45 minutes prior. You must understand that the elderly visit doctors because they are unwell, at this point. After a quick discussion and calculation of the impending waiting time after 2 hours of already waiting,... I told your receptionist that we needed to see a doctor for her on regular basis and needed a doctor more suited to seeing unwell people for her. The receptionist refused to give back her medical aid details which was strange to me .Why would you need it? I asked for it sternly but not loudly and left. I did not storm out as you say which suggests violently or quickly. I was there at this point for over 2 hoursIn addition your rooms are not well ventilated and people where crowding around the door waiting for whatever reason, further restricting the air flow which is an airbourne viral risk. Your Covid protocols need updating. Masks and a bottle of sanitizer is not the same as social distancing. I am sure you will brief your front office staff accordingly. To end, the next doctor we saw, Dr Moola who is based behind Knowles SPAR in Pinetown cleared the waiting room of all who were able so that my mum could go straight into his appointment room at the appointed time. The whole process took 25 minutes. The receptionist came down to the car to give us the documents needed. This in order to reduce the amount of time an elderly person spends in a close approximation to others.ie. one of his covid protocols. Please advise your elderly patients that other doctors are more vigilant and better equiped
The Best Medical Practitioner.Staff are friendly and helpful The Doctor is amazing !!
My family and I travel all the way from Hillcrest to see Dr Khan. She is such a beautiful soul with the most warm personality. Her diagnosis is always spot on and her consultation fee now includes medication. Even her receptionist has such a pleasant personality. I don’t mind traveling the distance. Will never visit another doctor. Highly recommend.
Cannot stick to appointments. Sends you back and forth. Dont waste your time. Worst doctors rooms ever.
Best doc ever!
The Best Dr! Always friendly and caring.
