The service was great prior to my scope. Once it was done, the after service was terrible. I paid R600 for a follow up only for him to tell me nothing was wrong. I had to ask for a script for medication, he only gave me one for 2 months, what must I do thereafter. I have phoned his rooms twice for the scope and a motivation letter for the medical aid to register the meds on Chronic, 11 business days later and still no documents. Im also waiting for my statement to claim the consult fee back. The Dr and his staff do not care about the patients. They only care about the financial rewards. Do not waste your time!
Was very dissatisfied with the servic with staff and doctor. Went for a follow up consult, Dr couldnt remember what I was there for. The focus is on just doing endoscopes for patients..... no communication. ( quick easy money) Wife calls all patients to her office to sign the some document enabling access to your medical aid.
