The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced! I ordered and paid for 6 dining chairs in September and I have been told now that I will only receive my order in mid Feb 2021. Gugu and Jennifer have been giving me false dates of delivery and do not return my calls only for me to find out that the order I paid for in September was given away to another customer and now I will have to wait until mid Feb. Disgusting service.

Pathetic experience. Purchased a dining room set on black friday special(Nov 2019). Was told it will be received early December, post that was given many excuses until we were finally informed they over sold the table and there is a replacement table available. Did not like the table and requested a refund. Still waiting for my refund as at 10 Mar 2020! Called today and was given yet another excuse! Poor service. Nobody even bothers to call and keep us updated? Even when I call and leave a message with contact number for updates nobody bothers to return the call!

Poor experience. We went in on Saturday and selected a lounge suite and paid cash in full and were told that stock arrives from Jhb every Thursday and they will call us when it arrives to pick up. We didnt hear from them on Thursday and when we called in on Friday to enquire, apparently the incorrect one was delivered and the next delivery will be next week Sunday. Absolutely pathetic as they didnt bother to inform us or communicate their error. Furthermore no one wanted to take accountability!!!!
