Very fresh vegetables, staff need to be trained in customer service

From the time I enter Premier Fresh, I get that fresh feeling of all those greens and other vegetables. What I like about Premier is that they dont put lots of stuff on their shelves, but what is there is always fresh and priced right. Every Thursday I have been buying cakes from Premier for a number of years for my religious organization. The organization loves their cakes. I would recommend Premier Fresh to anyone with confidence.

I was overcharged for the Mince. I bought a kg and had it split into 500g portions. I was charged R91 on one and R88 on the other. Only realized when I got home hut the slip was thrown away already. Meat was terrible. More bones that meat. And I bought about 2kg. Very unhappy

Prices of items in the shop were very reasonable. Most of the fruit and veg are cheaper than other places. Bakery goods were fresh and reasonably priced. Price of ginger is crazy since its locally sourced. Hated the parking. Was busy and had to wait on the road (onstructing traffic on one lane).

Parking to this supermarket is a total nightmare, waiting for a pile up one of these days to happen on Mountbatten Drive for the Metro to then act on unlawful parking, holding up and jamming of the left lane of the road. Covid19 regulations are not followed as per regulation and social distancing is never heard off as the stor is always crowded with staff even walking over you. The fresh produce is value for money and commendable. Cannot say the same of the staff and management. The local Councilliors office is situated on the same premises and he is party to all this happening around him. Take away these issues, it will be a pleasure to shop at a store where the vegetables are fresh and value for money. My eating of 2 is purely around the safety issues and the poor service from staff and management. Management seems to take note more of their service providers than their customers. The day this changes, my rating will go up to a 3 without hesitation.

Very disappointed with the way my complaint was handled. Purchased a 7kg bag of potatoes which started to rot in just over a week. I contacted the store and spoke to Brandon. He said that their return policy is the item must be returned in two days. I wonder which household uses 7kg potatoes in two days.

Service is pathetic, the manager is rude and abrupt, they display all the overripe fruit eg bananas and have the half ripe bananas hidden in the boxes and when we opened the box to buy those he claimed we cant purchase those as its a different price and first said R20 then hiked it up to R25 when I became equally aggressive and gave him the same attitude, my advice is shop at other professional chain stores for better products and service

The store is pretty neat. The prices of most items are very reasonable. Parking is a big problem in and out is a even bigger problem. But I guess its worth it as there items are good. I suggest shopping here. Fresh veggies at cheap prices. There bakery is lovely also. And a nice butcher. I must commend them on cleanliness.

Two weeks ago we bought the Utd potatoes which was on the large side. Was not soft cooking and to be honest it was the first time I experienced Utd that was horrible.

If you like fresh vegetables and fruits this is definitely the place to get it. They always have the best stuff and excellent prices.
