Really love the Bean Cafe inside the Spar, the food is always good, the service is always top notch and the prices are very reasonable. Definitely recommend.

Had a nice experience and got all I was looking for. The parking space is safe, there are multiple businesses on site including pharmacy, postnet, ATMs, quick bite. The stores are well organised.It is easily accessible for anyone staying in Pinetown.

After shopping locally for years I decided to visit Knowles. What a pleasure! Beautifully set out products. Clean and neat and helpful assistants. Really lifted my spirits.

Was there last weekend with my brothers called by Rogers working nights shift (helping) those didnt make it as the there was no transportation. So It nice and what i noticed is that the whole store is neat and it stuff are good also managers. The biggest thing i loved is THE COMMUNITY THAT WERE VOLUNTEERS DUE TO THE HARD TIME OF THE STORE WHERE BY THE WORK IS OVER FOR THE STUFF SO THEY HELPED WHICH SHOWS THE GOOD SIDE OF THE STORE AROUND THE AREA ALSO THE GOOD SIDE OF THE WORKERS OF THE STORE. Store is very clean, impressive. Beantree cafe food is delicious, the wait is too long though. Wish employees could be more fast,had to wait 20min before ordering, another 25 before getting food...

Great shopping experience, I found everything I needed. Nice and clean and the staff were friendly.

I do all of my monthly shopping here I prefer it over other places, the aisles are big enough for people to move past each other without difficulty. And a big thing for me is that they do NOT leave their packing boxes and trollies in the way and the people packing the shelves are aware that you need the products and will always give you priority. We sometimes just drive there to get their donuts. The other thing we have noticed with this particular Superspar is that there will be one or two products offered at amazingly good deals, which is fun to look out for. They recently added a bigger health and vegan section, although and I have nothing to compare to but I thought these products were pricey, but they are there.

Very clean store. Great variety of food from Sushi to your African cuisine. Freshly baked cakes and fresh fruits. They have basically everything you need besides clothes 😅Very convenient grocery store you can get everything you need for your household.

Shopping made was the here, parking available, banks are here but no branches. Parking is monitored by security services to avoid car theft. They produce is of good quality and fresh. Prices might be a bit higher sometimes but quality is up to standard. Love this place.

Knowles SPAR has always been a known landmark. Want to meet anyone in Pinetown, meet at Knowles.This is the very best SPAR that I have been to, professional staff, gorgeous layout and tempting deli/cake sections and they frequently have specials on things you need!

My family and I have been shopping at Knowles Spar for over 10 years and its our weekly go to place for all our essentials the staff are friendly and there are always great specials its like we are part of 1 big family the good thing also is that there is Peoples Pharmacy next door as well as Tops and behind Spar Dr Moolla the GP is there as well as a Dentist so its really all you need in one👍

Always a pleasure shopping at Knowles, even though some times I feel that the prices here are a bit higher compared to other SUPERSPAR around Durban.Do try the dessert cream milk tart (if not mistaken) its around R35.its like little fairies dancing on your taste buds.Very clean store, very spacious, lots of tills as well for a quick in and out

Love Knowles Spar, but had to bring to their attention car guards and trolley staff not wearing masks. They say they have dealt with the issues. Will. See when I return to shop there again in the week.

An absolutely phenomenal experience visiting this store. They are in compliance with all Covid regulations. The store is absolutely neat and clean., offering you a wide array of items to purchase. I was in heaven whilst walking through the bakery section... the cashier and packer that served us, deserve a raise, cos they are the much more friendly and I hope that the management are proud of the staff that they have

I love shopping at Knowles Superspar. The staff are friendly and the aisles are easy to get around. And theyre always well stocked. The store is currently being renovated, but with minimal disruption to the shoppers. And they have a great coffee shop... The Bean Tree... At the end of the store. And the pie with curry gravy.... Cant get enough of it 😋

Only 1 thing needs to be done & thats the parking! The large Bakkies need to be parked higher up in the parking lot as they stick put onto the lanes making ot difficult to get past & the pensioners shoud be given a row or 2 in the closer section to the store😁

Given the sheer size of this SuperSpar, the variety is to be expected however, I found that it caters mostly for your upper middle class tier of society. With that said, there is ample safe parking in a well guarded, nicely laid out lot. The thing which troubles me somewhat is their pricing - being a SuperSpar, one would expect affordable grocery shopping at its best... Not the case at all here. Something that compensates for this is the convenience factor of having a Build It and a Specsavers in the same complex, as well as a decent pharmacy.

Without a shadow of doubt, Knowles have the freshest greens and vegetables of any Pinetown supermarket. Best day: Wednesdays.

The construction 🚧 is almost complete. Dont know why they allowed us to shop in all that dust though. I havent been there in a while because of this. Lets hope the new look was worth the trouble. Maybe then Ill rate it 5 stars.

My experience at spar Knowles so far is good. The shop is clean and staff very helpful. The park is very big and easy accessible. The only problem ther is no public transport near by you have to go at the rank to get transport and thats like a kilometer miter away.

Very polite and very friendly staff. Especially Amy the store floor manager. Will go the extra mile to accommodate her customers.

This is the BEST SPAR I have ever visited. Snack, breakfast, Lunch, dinner no problem, they have EVERYTHING. And it is fresh!!! They have a restaurant inside with a menu that would satisfy any tast bud!

Fresh products and very good service

Close proximity means this is my daily shop for all things lunch and supper not discounting weekend breakfast. Comparable to other supermarkets in the area but with the added benefit of having People’s Pharmacy next door. Regular specials are fresh mushrooms, cheese, bacon, frozen chips, eggs, yogurt, cold cuts, beans, crisps. Every now and again you can expect to pay a decent price for bananas and pineapples. Specials on meat relate mostly to bulk offerings. Ample free parking with onsite car guards but there have been a few incidents involving vehicle theft. They could add more lighting to their parking areas. Spar has decided to put up access control boom gates and this has cause pandemonium especially in the morning rush. Cars have parked off blocking the entrance to Spar and also access into the Towers - this was not thought through at all. Not sure what the thinking was.
