In sept when I paid my last installment with I thought your service was excellent but I was wrong ,you just stop contacting me and there was no update now its November but still no clearance certification paid-up letters

It is very frustrating dealing with this company because they are very incompetent when it comes to settled accounts. They refuse to give me settlement letters so that I close the accounts that I settled in March. Even their monthly statement still reflects that they are paying creditors that I have already settled. If you want financial freedom within a reasonable time, I suggest you dont use pioneer!

My friend had problems with his debts which he couldnt manage to pay, that include his vehicle which was behind with payments and the bank wanted to reposses it, he had about Pioneer debt solutions on radio, he contacted them, their staff was so welcoming and today he is happy and the Pioneer saved his car. Good day, I have been with Pioneer for the past 3 years. I was told by the consultant that it would 48 months which is 4 years, when I signed up for dept counselling. 2 months ago I called in to find out what my balances where an thought I could try an settle some of my debt that are weighing me down. So I requested a settlement amount. Unfortunately they were to much financially. A month later I receive my Pioneer statement, I almost fell on my back. My balances are almost double compared to 2 months ago balance. I called the accounts Futhi...but till today I have not been given proper feedback. I have sent emails with statements an she cant tell me why. She also asked me who told me that it would take 4 years to settle my accounts. I am very disappointed in the service an feel I was misinformed. She also refused to give me her e-mail address, an just went silent on the line when I requested answers.

I am currently with Pioneer but I still get notifications that my accounts are in arrears and if you want proof that they paying you only get sms,s with balances that dont correspond with what the stores are saying. I paid a little cash just to test them if they update on real balances I an very dissatisfied

I called a month ago to cancel my application, The guy said he will send me a cancellation form, I did not recieve the form, but got as sms to say the form was sent in January. I called him and he said he will send the form. I waited for the form and nothing came through my emails. Today Im receiving a call and they told me that my account went to default , so Im owing them R800. My question is why now Im not getting their emails, but when they sent me the application form I got the email. Im really disappointed
