I have never came across such amateur and unprofessional excuse of a business... Useless

This place is unprofessional and crooks busy stealing peoples money but not render services. My brothers account is in arrears because you guys didnt pay the bank for the car he purchased. The lady there by the name of Sharon is always avoiding me. Everyday I call she gives the call to gugu who then says Sharon is in training. They cant even send us the statement that theyve been paying the bank, as they say. I already spoken to the bank and they send me statements showing that dept solutions have not been making payments. As from my side, Ive never missed any payment. Now the bank wants to take the car because we in 23000 arrears. Dept solutions showed me that they dont car as they not doing anything to help as they avoiding me. I asked to speak to the manager and gugu told me that Sharon is the only manager. I dont wish anyone to experience what Im going through with dept solutions. They are not a good company at all.
