It isnt the best, I have reviewed this place before but not sure why google has asked me again. They have improved after the complaint that I sent to their compliance department. I didnt receive any response and even after the second email. I did notice that now they charge you the same price for a quarter chicken, chips and a roll even if its a leg or breast portion. So perhaps they did look into why this is the only branch that used to charge you extra for the breast portion.

Meals at good price. Meals prepared well n tasty. But just recheck order especially in busy periods like weekends (fri to sun) as mistakes do happen as I have checked n experienced. In addition telephonic orders are placed in the queue n when you get there to collect they have difficulty in assigning your order as I have witnessed with some of the other customers as well.

Cant phone an order through. Second time this has occurred. When you call you get the fast engaged tone. Perhaps they are too busy to answer calls & disconnect the land-line. How does one make a telephonic order. I had to call their Head Office. Second time that Neli from Head Office has had assisted me. Took one hour of back n forth calls to put order through.This occurred again 23/07/2021. My third experience. Ordering fir my staff.No improvement. No intervention. Called their Head Office again.

Called in today about 1 hour before I can pick up my order. Only to get to the store to pick order up, and they tell me that I need to follow the line that people are waiting to place and order. This is not the first time Im having a problem with this franchise. Clearly this franchise in run very poorly.

So today 30th September.. We called pedros Whitehouse around 2 to place an order for delivery at 5pm..firstly the lady that answered the call doesnt seem to know what happening with regard to delivery price and if they can deliver. So we asked to speak to the manager.. The Manger name is Ali.Ali said its best with place an order at 4pm cause we want it for 5pm.We asked ali are you sure by 5pm we will get our food.. However his changing shift at 4pm. There will be another manager on shift.So at 3:40pm I called in to place my order (was a big order) they ladies who answered the call,made me hang on the call soo long.However she said the order will take 45mins..It was gone 1 hour 20 mins.. No delivery.Was thinking maybe the ladies took the wrong address downSo we called agn,ladies make us wait for the call so long just to see wats the story with our order.. After 10 mins she tells me the order is still there... I was shocked and surprised cause they told me with will receive our food in 45 mins... Now its almost 2 hours and the food is still in the store.Then my husband called,asking for the manager.,apparently Ali is still there yet he told us he will not in after 4pm.Nevertheless ali promised us in the next 20 mins we will receive the food.Going another 45 mins... No food.. We called again.. Ali doesnt want to take the call.Making us wait on the lineSame time I received a called from Juma the driver... Saying his in unit 13 but does not knw my address /got a wrong address.I said sir its gone 3 hours I will not accept this food please cancel.. This is terrible service.. He say sorry and wat not.The staff in that store needs to go for telecommunications training cause they dont knw how to speak or answer a call.They doesnt know much about the company.Im sure they losing sooo many customers.Its soooo bad service.And for the manager ali... He doesnt deserve to be a manager.Next time please dont make promises you cant keep.I called another services provider same timeI picked up my food in 15 mins.. And that food was amazing

Was there again this week the chicken was amazing. Asked for extra basting and there was no shortage of sauce.

To the staff at Pedros Whitehouse, well done for a good service. We often buy from Pedros Whitehouse but we once tried Pedros Phoenix Plaza and the service was terrible. We asked and paid for extra basting, the chicken was dry and we also bought giblets that was also a nightmare. Dry as hell, no sauce and only giblets. As for the buns, it was moulding, green. I give a thumbs up to Pedros Whitehouse, excellent customer service. Was never disappointed with they service. Keep it up guys👍👍

At 1st the stuff gave me an attitude then I went back for the 2nd time they ere actually fine

Was told 15mins waiting ended up being 40min waiting. We wanted to order milkshakes I was told dey didnt have any but 10mins later 3 milkshakes wer given to people who came in and ordered after me fir sit down.

Grilled spicy chicken is the best. However customer services is bad. Hope management will train staff to be more attentive to customers orders.

Absolutely terrible service. I placed an order with a staff member Sbonelo. Asked for extra sauce and a well done chicken. Collected my order and was absolutely dry, chicken wasnt well done. I called the store and he says he wrote on the slip well done so nothing he can do if the staff didnt make it according to what I asked for. He also says hes too busy to check on staff as he has to answer the phones. Will never go back to this store. Absolutely terrible management and service

To be honest I dont hate this place. Food is good. They round up the prices, eg. 149.80 becomes 150. I demanded for my twenty cents. The cashier told me that they dont do that. So I asked this guy whose seemed to be the manager if I come to buy food and if I was short by twenty cents will he sell me the food, he said they are not allowed to do that. So I told him your cashier just over charged me by twenty cents he shouted to someone to give me my twenty cents. The truth Is twenty cents is not so important but if he does that to a hundred customers he will have a tidy come end of the week. So demand your twenty cents wherever they round up your bill.

Drive thru is very slow...... Cars are asked to move to the top so meals are delayed..... If cars are at druve thru waiting they ll put some oomph into serving customers..... Delayed....... Very disappointed with the cold meals eventually brought to us.... No apology too...... Staff showed dont care attitude...... Using covus is not an excuse......
