Amazing store, with extremely helpful and friendly staff.

Pathetic service...went there...No1 came to help.. Maybe skin colour was not right one for them as other customers were being helped. We were even stuck behind the security gate and had to wait for the privileged customers to get out to follow them.

Walking into this amazing store, makes you feel like you are in a trendy New York design store. Then you are greeted by the friendly, smiling faces of the staff, and suddenly, you feel so comfortable! Natalie was the amazing sales representative who assisted us, and I have never ever received such great service before. We did not know that as private individuals, we could not purchase directly from Hertex. However even once she knew that we would not be making a purchase directly, she still spent time patiently with us, helping us put our ideas together and showing us a beautiful range of fabrics. The fact that we were not making a purchase did not deter her from showing us the amazing range and helping us with ideas. I have to so say, most people go to work to earn a salary, Natalie goes in to work, to work with passion, a smile and fabulous customer service. The range of fabrics is a little pricey, but they stock the very best. Loved this store.

I went to the store looking for apparel fabrics, unfortunately I was told that they dont sell it. The nice lady who helped me at the store is named Samantha Crowford if Im not mistaken, she helped me very well, she even went the extra mile and directed me to a place that sells what I was looking for, after along month looking for these fabrics with no clue where to go , she came to my aid. I give the store 100% on customer service.

Good variety good quslity fabrics samples to choose from. Little coffe shop at the back of showroom. Excellent friendly service received from consultant & all staff. Tiny parking but adequate street parking available.
