Excellent shopping experience. Wonderful selection of fabric and made up curtains. Very helpful staff who go out of their way to assist you.

Wide variety. The girls had a lovely time choosing a load of crafting and beading stuff.Theyre gone very expensive - at least the beading section has, so unfortunately we had to leave half of the stuff back.

What a gem of a place!!!I spent over an hour in this remarkable store, and didnt nearly see everything!They have an incredible selection of fabrics, trims, buttons, feathers...The list is endless!!I enjoy sprucing up my clothing to make it festival ready, and this shop was by far the best of its kind!

I have been looking everywhere for scatter cushions at all sorts of stores, but found so many choices and for great prices at Craft Concept. A huge assortment of cushions & covers to choose from. The staff were extremely helpful and even suggested they could make up more if I couldnt find the right colour in the right size. Definitely would recommend. Well done on the great service.

Amazing range for all your crafting needs from fashion designer to items for your home. Whatever your hobby or craft is they are sure to have what you need. Staff are also very helpful and offer some great advice.

They have everything you need for crafts and materials galore

VERY large variety of fabrics aswell as little bits and bobs for crafts, but the staff are a bit unfriendly. I got two patterns here, though their pattern selections seem to be mostly halloween/play costumes and patterns for doll clothes.

Pretty much has everything you need for home, hobbies, sewing, clothing, furniture, bedding and haberdashery. Prices are higher than other shops in the areas though.

Too much to see really mindblowing to go there. U must have a lot of time and patience and know what u are looking for when going there.

JFC guys. You test customers before they enter your store but your employees dont wear a mask correctly and come into work OBVIOUSLY SICK. This is extremely bad practice and I am now anxious after an employee coughed near me and touched multiple fabrics after said cough. Were living in the time of a pandemic. Adapt and be responsible. Some of your customers or their families may have compromised immune systems and may get ill as a result of your lack of management.

Lovely place.Prices are exorbitant nearly double ...bought fabric R40 per meter, same cost R20 per meter in a range of joburg stores ..wool prices are 3x more EXPENSIVE IN Craft concept prices for Strawberry . R45 as opposed to R29 .Trimming R75 per meter in craft concept as opposed to R50 another store OR on internet/ in shops ..do your research before you pay ..extremely expensive...

Worst service ever received. When u call u get the run around no one calls u back. I have received a product of substandard quality and to this date no one has returned my several calls made to them. Will not recommend them to anyone.

This is a one stop shop for crafts and other home accessories such as curtains etc as well as clothing accessories. The selection is spectacular. I even got lost amongst the rows and rows of goods available. The staff are friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back 😊 only parking is a little issue but that doesnt deter from this one stop shop.

Overwhelming at first but staff are friendly and helpful. We found everything we needed from material to beads to fabric flowers. Even bought fabric to make our dogs blankets. Thumbs up.

Pretty junky store. Lots of fabric and fabric decals, but very lacking in other supplies such as paper and art supplies. Mostly Id call this a very big fabric shop with some fabric accessories.
