Excellent Venue for Hire, Excellent Service!!!

Conflicting experience at the Kraydeb Conference Centre. Security greeted me and advised me where to park if I wanted a quick getaway once the function ended.Decor and catering was great. Hall was spacious and airy. Washroom facilities are 5 star, clean large and well lit.Now for the not so great...Organizers were extremely rude to the brides mother. They refused to give us any leftover food even though we paid for it. They did not cater for strict vegetarians/vegan i.e. they put paneer in the briyani, who does that?They were disorganised when it came to the loadshedding even though we had 2 generators on standby. When the AC went off, they refused to open the doors for some air which was also a fire safety risk. It got really hot and uncomfortable inside the hall because of this. Basic common sense should prevail in situations such as these but it was severely lacking.The caterer was truly horrible to a few of the guests. We asked for a knife to cut the wedding cake as we had forgotten ours, a female catering manager was flippant and continually ignored our request. For the amount they charge, we should be treated like royalty, not like theyre doing us a favor.Would not recommend.

Excellent venue for all functions.Interior decor and setting is really exclusive.

We recently hosted our wedding reception at Kraydeb Conference Centre.Kabir and his team were professional and accommodating throughout the planning process. Every promise they made was fulfilled with excellence.On our wedding everything was beautiful and exactly as I specified. My guests were impressed with the food and with the service they received.The parking was spacious and the security team was on point.Overall an excellent experience.

Kraydeb Conference Centre is Amazing...My wedding was held there this July, and Kabir left me stress-free he went out of his way to accommodate anything extra that I wanted done, he handled everything from start to finish...Food, Décor, Music.. for 500 people and not one negative comment from my guest.

My husband and i recently tied the knot in a modern yet traditional twist to a Tamil Wedding on June 16th and our wedding is still most talked about. Kraydeb is a stunning venue which offers exquisite decor, with safe and secure parking. The venue itself is also easy to locate. The food... nothing less than amazing, my guests loved it. The staff and management are warm and a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend this function venue, so modern and reasonable.

Highly unrated establishment! This is by far one of the best venues to host a function. I got married here in Dec 2017 and it was superb. They are very accommodating and do their best to make every function go perfectly. Very neat and well maintained as well.

Brilliant function venue. We had our sons hurdee / sangeeth night on 7 Feb 2020. Outstanding service. Food was devine and complimented by all our guests. Tons of parking and well secured. Highly recommended. Thank you Kabir and team for a night to remember.

When we looked at some photos of the ceremony, it just melted our hearts ....The Starters, Main Course and Dessert was divine!!! Beautiful venue. Very organised catering department. Lovely decor. Only one flaw on the stage floorboards needs to be looked at.

The professionalism, cleanliness and attention to detail was evident in both events with guests still raving about the food and venue.
