Very disappointed. We are busy opening a dental practice in Wilderness. We decided to order 1 x roll wallpaper from this company. Ive emailed Geraldine and also send a whats app and no response. We ordered the wallpaper on 4 October 2021 and this order has not even been shipped yet. On Friday our dental practice is opening and we dont have our wallpaper to complete our rooms. Today we phoned the customer service department. The lady said she will phone me back. Nothing. This will be last order from Dental on Waterside and Wilderness Waters Luxury Suites in Wilderness. I am sorely dissapointed by the service i have received. The ordering process was smooth. The delivery still hasnt happened a whole month later. I was advised i would get an invoice based on my delivery option choice. A month later i am still awaiting the invoice despite numerous follow ups via email and telephone call. I have now opted to have a family member based in durban to collect and ship it for me because i cannot wait for this i voice any longer. Its a good thing i was merely testing the shop to see if they are legit but based on this experience. I highly doubt i will be using them again.
