The way this company is so unpleasant and unprofessional to work with its just bizarre. My order was messed up, Some of my labels just looked so terribly cut and printed, no form of apology especially from the so called manager Mitchell. My worst customer experience ever!!

I have never in my life dealt with such unprofessional-ism or been cursed and called (yes Fs and Bs) by a business owner over a business transaction. Warren (owner) even goes as far as saying he will come to me and assault me, lol and the best part is they were at fault for not having my items ready or complete on an agreed date and time. Sadly it is not the staff and rather the disgusting unapologetic attitude of the siblings that form management. From one lie to another blaming everyone but them selves. All i can say is 20 years experience means nothing when have kids running it and will throw there toys out the cot when they mess up. Color label printers you still have a lot to learn in life and in business.

Do not inquire with this company if you require a rapid response, you just wont get it. Took 4 days to get an answer that they can not help me with my query even though I supplied spec docs for each of the labels and relevant notes on material and print in the first email to Coriza. Ive had better service from a funeral home...
