Absolutely ridiculous to reach anyone to get information regarding faults or progress on repairs.I dare anyone to call and reach anyone within a 10 min time frame. Being a tax payer for this kind of service is needless to say PATHETIC!!!

My call was answered after 10 minutes waiting time. The call consultant was fairly helpful, and allocated the job to a technician.From the time the call was logged, I waited a total of 21 hours to the time the lights were back. The municipal technician just needed to replace a fuse. Whilst the job did eventually get done, their turnaround times are too long, considering that we are paying alot for this service.It would appear that when the allocated technicians shift is over, and your job did not get done in the allocated shift slot, you have to wait the next day for the new slot.

These guys work hard and get the job done. If you see how many tickets these guys resolve, youll be amazed. I got great service from callcentre to technician.

If there is an option for zero stars i would rate it. Pathetic service or shall i say no service at all, landline doesnt work, no reply on the whatsap or email. Frustrating to think about how much we as consumers pay for such Pathetic service

I am pleasantly surprised with the excellent service I just received today, in a day when most people are already in holiday mode.I logged a fault at 10am this morning and was told to wait for 2-24hours to get help. I am happy to say we had the municipal staff at my property around 1pm and by 1:30pm the fault was fixed and our electricity back on.Thank you so much to the staff at the service desk and the one’s who assisted us. We will not have a dark Christmas afterall.

What a pathetic service from yesterday m 2021/04/23 at 9 started to call the centre waiting for an agent until I logged a fault at 12am made a follow-up at 19:00 promised never pitched up today called answered after 45 minutes and promised that technicians will arrive before 12am now its 20:30 still nobody and whatever in the fridge is off now and the call centre number is saying incorrect. We are the only one in the area that does not have electricity and its not the first time such thing happens when its raining it trips . For technicians just to come and pull it up can really take 3 days . The service is unbearable and what is an emergency?

On hold for over 40 minutes, then call gets cut. Try to redial multiple times and the number now doesnt exist. Not the first or second time Ive experienced this rock bottom service. There is no service.

I have been calling since 7am thats from when we dont have electricity at 12 I only received a reference number and still no one has come out or even taken my call the only reason Im.calling is that when I had an issue with water no one came out but my ticket was closed and I had to continuously open new ones .Everything in my de freezer and freezer is going bad

Impossible to report a fault, no one answers the phone nor do they respond to emails and whatsapp. In simple terms, you cant complain about the service because there isnt any.

Nothing, yes nothing works. The contact center, WhatsApp, Facebook and email dont work. Press 2 to give current outages does not work. The call center answers then puts you thru to an agent after a long recorded silly message, but you have to wait at least an hour, eisch no airtime.

Terrible customer service we have waited more than 24hrs for the replacement of a stolen cable, the phones ring for over 30min without being answered. Our food is getting spoiled the fridge has been off since Tuesday midnight its Thursday we are still waiting

Reported fault. Technician came within 2hours. Couldnt do anything as it is cablefault. Now waiting and waiting....one one answers phones or whatsapps. Without power for 28hours now and During Lockdown all fridges/freezer full......how are we survive with rotten food.....

Have held the phone for three days - 27 minutes, then 35 minutes and now (going on 25 mins and soon to hang up again in frustration). Nobody ever answers ! I have been trying to report a faulty lampost that has been dead for 4 months or so. Does anybody work there ? Does anyone ever read these reviews?

Horrible experiences everytime. Phones ring endlessly and no tone when we call to report a fault, some days we went 9hrs without electricity. Very poor service and phones are not managed well. Bad terrible, pathetic

It took 15min for the operator to take my call but just 2 hours for technicians to be on site...... And this was after hours, during a rain storm on Christmas evening. Besides the initial long wait, the turn around time was nothing short of excellent.
