I have been dealing with Buraq for a number of years now, infact since my very first engagement ring. My husband (soon to be fiance at the time bought my stone from buraq). Buraq helped him pick a beautiful 0.62 at the time, I was thrilled (the proposal was rather fancy too) fast forward to being 3 years married with a baby. I thought it was time for a little upgrade. I must add before getting engaged we knew nothing about diamonds. Buraq isnt just about getting pretty rings/diamonds. They fully equip you with the knowledge of diamonds, from the start to finish (clarity, size, inclusions that cant be seen with the naked eye. It is truly an exciting experience). That being said we payed them a visit to get the upgrade underway. Once again we were treated with professionalism and like we where their only clients. We sat down with faheem to pick our stone and then the next visit we sat down with their personal jewel designer to create my dream ring. I am a very pedantic, OCD person. There was alot of pressure from my side for the ring to be ready before I left the city, unfortunately my deadline did not work with the excellent,attention to detail craftsmanship of that of buraq, as they do not rush anything for anyone. Their work is brilliant because of the time that is spent on it making sure it is nothing less than perfect! I gave the buraq team hell with my calls/emails/texts but through it all they stayed super professional! The end result was pure perfection, a vision that turned into a dream come true!
