Got myself beautiful pedant and I love it

I got engaged and my ring is from here... After a month it looked like it went through a blender... We took it back and they replaced it and the second one looks disgusting again... The silver tutned pink, it does not shine anymore and the boroom has deep gashes inside....After we asked to get a refund they told us to go home and we have to take it further with head office in Austria..... We did not get any assistance what so ever

Doesnt deserve a single ☆ ,worst policies Ive ever met, I purchased a rose gold ring and 1 month later it looks like a copper pipe ,I took it back to the store and all they said was that I had misused it either by putting it into water or cream , thats absolute rubbish .Please guys , dont waste your time buying something that just looks nice but in reality its rubbish!!!
