I would like to commend Colleen and the staff at La Jour Day Spa for making our anniversary such a memorable one. Thank you Colleen for going the extra mile and setting up such a romantic treatment room. We did not expect that. My wife loved the surprise. I would highly recommend this place to other couples who want to enjoy relaxation at its best. We will definitely be back soon.

An awful terrible experience!! The masseur was falling asleep throughout the massage and did not keep her mask on... I felt her breathing on me. Then has the nerve to lie about it when questioned. I was told that they will escalate the matter which does not help me at all. This was my 10 year anniversary treat and it was ruined. Will never visit this place again and definitely do not recommend it. I have also been reading other reviews and whenever theres a bad review, the spas response is to challenge what the client is saying. They dont take any responsibility and make it seem like the client is lying. They also delete comments on Facebook.

The staff was amazing 👏the setup was inviting. The treatments were good. My only complaint would be time frames. We were there on time, had to wait for the rooms to be freshened up, lost about 30 minutes of treatment time. I felt the foot massage was cut short. All in all its was a lovely experience. I definitely would go back

Weve had excellent service from manager Narisha however a few times some therapists did not leave us feeling as great as most of them do. Thembile was great 👍 👌

The Spa has as a relaxed and positive atmosphere, and pleasing to the senses. The Spa looked and smelled good. It was very refreshing and satisfying knowing that they followed all Covid regulations and guidelines. The Therapist were excellent and Front desk made us feel special by been so warm and welcoming towards my partner and myself. I will definitely be recommending my family, friends and colleagues to this beautiful Day Spa so they can also get to experience a lovely time as we did. I will be coming back very soon.

The therapists are extremely kind and professional. The massage was excellent. The front staff was friendly and attentive. They went out of their way to make me feel special. Their attention to detail regarding covid19 safety protocols was second to none, They even had a fancy machine to sanitize the credit card machine. The products they used made me feel younger instantly. I will definitely go back and would refer my friends and family to them. It was a wonderful experience.

Would never go back nor recommend it!! We where late for our appointment due to accident and traffic on the M4 however did report to the receptionist. First when we arrived we did not feel welcomed, those TWO LADIES at the reception desk had a disgusting attitude, no manners at all! They told us since we late we wont be doing the full package of which i understood however the delivery of that message was completely inappropriate. I wanted to walk out immediately.We went to our massage rooms oh WOW its a NO NO. The bed mattress is so thin and uncomfortable, the room was so tiny, there is no area to hang your clothing.The massage was great, ladies where professional and freiendly.After our massage as we where getting dressed the door opened without a knock and it was one of the reception ladies instructing us to hurry up! OMW LIKE REALY... can we not just get 5 min to get dressed atleast, are we supposed to get dressed on the passage!?? We proceeded to check the other room where our friend where in once again the lady came and told us HURRY UP OTHER CLIENTS ARE WAITING!I am seriously disgusting at the treatment we received by the two Indian ladies at reception. We did not feel welcomed, we where just rushed and ill treated.Mind you i paid full prize online for that unscrupulous treatment.

I brought a special on Daddys deals looked like a good deal and it was. The problem I have was the lack of personal attention.I felt like I was in a Drs rooms. You definitely not feel welcome.The massage and treatment was good but again so impersonal. She finished and dissapeared I came out the room she was gone nobody asked how it was, all I got was a Goodbye.Also I know this is a small thing coffee on arrival was part of the package dont offer something in the special and dont give it to you.They also make you fill out a form on arrival but not one question about covid, you dont get the feeling that its a priority.Would I go back? proabably not which is a pity overall it looked like a nice place but to me if I dont feel comfortable and welcome thats it.

Lovely massage and treatments, have been twice and not disappointed by services. Unfortunately due to covid pool and asthetics are not exactly as pictured.

WOW.Firstly, the service was exceptional. The little extras, the ambiance, the couples Spa treatments, the ladies giving us the massages, facials and foot massage. Really highly recommend.

Good dayI came in on 29th of May 2021 for my treatment with my friend and we were both disappointed at the professionalism at the spa.1- the room was not smart at all2- someone opened the door while we were having our massages3- there was constant noise coming from outside the door4-the beds were totally different and very uncomfortableThe ladies who did our massages were amazing but I am shocked at the standard of serviceWe have been to the 1 at the Hilton in CBD and that was amazing. The ambiance was totally different.I received a call from the owner who told me that they made a plan and put us in the waxing room because there was no space! I did get half a refund but with the service received from the La Jour Day Spa at the Spuare Hotel but thats not the point! I paid the same amount as our customers and got not even 90% good service! I will never ever go back!

I particularly like the ambience about the spa. Really beautiful place and the masseurs were friendly. I felt so welcome.

We booked a spa deal for a birthday celebration today. Had the most wonderful massage and ambiance. Our masseurs where spot on. Special mention to Mbali didnt get the other 2 names who massaged my family members. We generally use Coastlands Day Spa Umhlanga but I think I may have found my new favorite place.
