The service from all the ladies is amazingly great. Friendly, very professional and impressively efficient.Never mind the amazing touch of the ladies that give the therapy, WOW!!! We had the 2 hour session and I slept 80% of the time 😂.This was the greatest way to start our birthday celebration for my Hubsy 🥰. The towels werent clean. The massage wasnt great. *They burnt my feet with the paraffin dip*. On top of all of this, the card machine wasnt working and we ended up having to pay cash. Not worth it, wouldnt go back or recommend.

Went with my cousin for one of their 2 hour spa specials. Decided to go for a face wax first before starting the treatments. Was a horrible experience, the lady clearly didnt know what she was doing. I still have patches all over my face. The massage was also very disappointing, therapists are not experienced. Theres no point asking for areas to focus on, when they just do their own thing anywayWill definitely not go back.

A group of 4 of us went for a mid week couples spoil massage. The 3 ladies enjoyed their massage but I did not enjoy it at all. The lady who done my massage did not seem to know how to massage. She had long nails that kept poking into my skin and at some point into my throat while massaging my neck. I had to constantly ask her to put more pressure and she constantly kept doing her own thing. At some point I lifted my head to see what she was doing and she had her head resting on the bed while she literally held my foot. I could go on with how horrible the massage was, but what was also disappointing was I let the lady at the front know about my experience and all she said was I will talk to her and it seems the masseuse was just being lazy. She didnt ask for my contact details to give me feedback or what would be done. As a paying customer we expect to get the service we pay for and definitely not this.

I highly recommend Tenice who completed a full wax for me with so little pain. She is able to wax in a professional and informative way. She is lovely and was very careful when waxing. I will not wax with anyone other than Tenice going forward. She made it a pleasant experience. She has shown expert skill and knows how to make you feel comfortable throughout the process. My wife and I were overdue for some R & R and off we went to We had a couples full body massage. Followed by lunch and relaxing Jacuzzi dip . The whole experience was really relaxing and memorable. The staff were very nice and friendly .the set up is so beautiful

Our experience as a couple was great.. It was our first couples spa so I wouldve liked more guidance in terms of what we were supposed to do when we got there.. The towels were not changed on the massage beds so we had to ask.. Theres no sanitizer anywere in site and there was no one at reception when we got there.. We waited abt 20 mins before any attention was given to us.The treatments were excellent though..well worth the money we paid for thr package.. However the head massage was not all that.The foot massage was the best out of everything tbh.The ladies communicated well and took their time and I would definitely go back.Thank you for the experience EL Elyon Spa and thank to my husband for choosing ypu guys ❤️❤️

I have had twice girls that I felt were not proffessional could barely speak english. The tall slim lady is very professional and makes your visit worth while but the other 2 ladies that I recently received as my therapist were of sub standard and I dont think they knew what they were doing.

Unfortunately a waste of money spent. My therapist massaged a collective 5 mins out of the 30 mins foot massage. She kept day dreaming as I was wide awake and looked at her to see what she was doing. The most amount of her concentration was in my ankle bone than on my foot and thought my tendon was a knot. Sad.

Been here twice and was very disappointed both times. The first time my partner and I went on Valentines Day and had poor massages. The ladies were late, left the room for long periods, were on there phones doing one handed massages, unbalanced massages, they were distracted and rushed, there was even blood on the one sheet. In general very unprofessional.However, I still had another voucher left to use and so went in for foot and hand treatments... Low and behold the same level of service! Wont be going back unfortunately.

My partner and I booked for a massage 02/08/2020. So during this pandemic we were reluctant but decided that we would go and see and if we werent happy we could leave. We were late for our appointment but we were still greeted politely and treated like we were right on time. (we did notify that we were running late) The ladies conducted themselves with extreme caution (concerning COVID-19 times) and professionalism. The massages were really good. The lady who massaged me knew exactly what she was doing. Today I woke up feeling relaxed and loose. You will not be disappointed with El Elyon Virginia Spa massages.I would recommend up skilling the nail painting and ensuring ladies can fit all around the beds with ease and minimal noise.Thank you for a great time. 🙏🏽

My friend and i were throughly impressed with the professionalism and the covid protocols thats were taken during out treatments. The ladies communicated so well before every treatment making sure we were comfortable. The massages were amazing, we literally were so relaxed that we even fell asleep for a short while. The atmosphere of the place was soothing and it was kept very neat and clean. We will definitely be returning soon. My massage therapist was Anele(if im correct) and she did an excellent job, not too sure about the lady that massaged my friend but she was really happy with the overall treatment.

Think this place is awesome. The environment is cool and calm with the relaxing smell of peppermint essential oil. The staff here are pretty damn good at what they and give your monies worth. Totally worth it as I tried the blissful3 and my other half also got a treat .

I love that this specific branch is not situated in a hotel or high traffic area, the spa itself has a relaxed and tranquil setting. There is an outside area with a sea view, security and parking. I had the spa deal 2 hr treatment, it was extremely relaxing as well as reviving. The staff are friendly, and my spa therapist did an excellent job! They go the extra mile to make your experience a great one, the products used left my skin brighter and rejuvenated, the massages was incredible, and they have really good deals. Great value for money!❤

I bought a hyperli voucher so Im fine with the treatment I received in terms of price.it was for a 2 hour treatment for 2 ,a full body massages,back scrub removed by a hot towel,foot treatment, foot file, scrub,soak,and massage.- 1st we arrived at the spa 2min before 7 our appointment was at 7 and then filled out forms sat for 5min then went in.changed waited and waited took my phone out thought about calling the girls but decided not to be that person ....I just wanted to enjoy my treatment.girls came after 15 min did a back scrub felt good loved her hands I knew it was going to be a good massage once her hands touched me.then they said they leaving the scrub to soak and left us for another 10min maybe they were boiling water for 10 min,came back with the hot towel and it felt nice when they were taking it off.i cannot fault the massage the only reason I have not gotten upset is because of the massage my lady and the other lady were extremely good.after the maSsage, I also thought they wouldnt be in the greatest moods as its a late massage and I tired to make it early for about 2 weeks ,but they had the best attitude they were lovley! they left to get water which took abit of time but I didnt look at my phone so i dont know exact time ,was not as long as the 1st 2 times though.then guess what they leave you again for 10min to soak your feet in the hot water they came back with a pumice stone and scrub and cream that entire process with the pumice stone and cream was 6 min.Im happy that I paid, what I paid for with hyperlink a massage in Durban north on a normal special is about R200 or R250 and thats what I got another absolutely amazing massage.if I paid R1710 which it is valued for on hyperli I would have been extremely annoyed.and I really wanted to book and pay for the Valentines deal you had on the seat.they were really good deals but I rather have 1 good treatment at full price then your special as you leave the for a really long time inbetween treatments so your 2 hour treatment is actually 1h 30min or a hr 20min.and we fineshed at 9 hey on the dot and we changed up left a small tip for this girls on the bed and came out of your spa at 9:06.

I have been to this Spa many times and I have always enjoyed it. Its always very clean with fresh clean towels always being used and neat. The rooms have a pleasant smell and the therapists are great. I love the facial I get with the special because my skin is always soo smooth afterwards. A few things can be tweaked like choosing a nail colour before the treatment can begin as its a bit annoying to wake up to a bright light and choose a colour in between treatment also communication can be improved as I requested a spa pedi for my husband and he ended up getting what seemed like a 20 minute foot massage instead, when queried we were told that the therapist got confused but overall I always have a great experience here with treatments and service. Thank you to the Spa 🌸❤️

I booked a Womens day spa special on the 10 August as a treat for my mum and I. The therapists were friendly and gave us excellent treatments. However the establishment itself needs a few improvements.Security- the spa does not come across as safe there is no access control, no driveway gate at the property etc. Your vehicle is not secure. The door to the actual spa is left open and it might be dangerous considering you are in a vulnerable position.The spa is not equipped for cold weather. Whilst, there are electric blankets on the massage beds, this was simply not enough to keep us warm. A heater would have been preferable. Considering it was quite cold in the morning, being warm makes for a better experience.Our package included tea and pastries. It was pleasent to sit outside as it got warmer by midday. However once we were done, we had to wait 15 minutes for the receptionist to reappear in order to settle the bill. We could not find anyone around & neither did anyone enquire if our meal was OK. At any business establishment the reception should never be left unattended as its just downright unprofessional.All in all, we did have a lovely experience. My biggest concern is security and once that is rectified I will definitely visit again.
