Toilet Dirty, never cleaned from previous guest. Empty Toilet rolls on the floor shows Toilet was never cleaned.Cup provided not washed.Shower also had soap from previous guest.No covid protocol done eg sanitizing, temperatures etc.Very noisyI would not recommend this establishment as it is serving the hourly rate customers and not ideal for families and business travelers..

Terrible terrible experience:1. My room stunk of smoke due to the room next to me smoking. This resulted in the linen and my belongings smelling of smoke. Such an unpleasant thing if you are not a smoker.2. People were extremely loud all through the night and into the morning. People were screaming, shouting and fighting in their rooms. This place also operates 24/7 so the noise does not stop!3. Cleanliness - I would give it a 4 out of 10.I highly DO NOT Recommend, unless you want a sleepless night.

The rules clearly states no smoking but my neighbor was smoking so bad. And my whole room was smelling of nicotine. I couldnt sleep because I have sinuses and I had a severe headache. Very disappointed

Someone somewhere was smoking, had the nicotine smell in our room the whole night, I couldnt breathe and had sinuses, the pipes in the bathroom were leaking water all over the floor. Was overall a terrible experience, friendly staff though.

Booked there again upon arrival the was no remote for the TV,the bedding was dirty again pillow cases were FILTHY WITH HAIRS ALL OVER AND STAINS.No smoking signs are all over the hotel but it smells like a cigarette factory...My sinuses were soooo bad from the dusty mouldly atmosphere.I would not recommend this place to anyone.

It was cold the heater was not working,the had a sock stuck in one of the light holes..doesnt have a charging plug. There was dust inside the cardboard.

Its a decent place, clean and has air conditioning. I think its safe. Got back from a night out around 2ish in the morning and the gate was opened for me as soon as I got there, didnt have to wait at all. I didnt like the breakfast though. You dont really have options. Plus, check out is too soon after breakfast, even on a weekend; but then, maybe I just partied too much the previous night😂😂

They dont make the effort to hide the behind the scenes. Rooms are nice but walking to an open service way door that show the dirty behind the scenes is not nice. My keycard did not work and that was just too inconvenient. Security guy on night duty was also asleep waited and hooted by the gate for ages.

Room was nice. Price was right. Overall Id say it needs some general maintenance and uplift meant such as the reception area which kills the whole feel of the place.

There is no attention to detail. I paid R500 which is value for money if your room is clean. The shower is full of soap scum and mould. So it hasnt been cleaned in a while. The duvet didnt fit the bed size. The teaspoons given was dirty. The locks on the door does not even line up and cant be used. I asked for a twin room that was advertised, they didnt really care about the request. There was a condom in one of the bedside draws .is there anyone that actually checks these rooms? I am sorry i didnt pay R100 more for a clean place.The place needs a good clean and carpets need washing as it smells .And lots more. I wont be back.

Lacks a lot that would make a comfortable stay, my room was filthy, breakfast was the worst, the passage was smelly. This place needs a lot of work and the amount of money I paid was really not worth it.

Debatable if I would consider returning to this establishment. The place is looking and feeling tired and worn. The price is keen but I dont think they could ask anymore than that for rooms that are not exactly in pristine condition but they are bearable.

This place has deteriorated drastically since changing management. Reception playing blasting music at 5am..guest screaming and laughing at 11 pm. .no towel in the room...sheets gross..bathroom mouldy..service pathetic..guests drinking Alcohol...for people in the hotel game this place has become a dump..after staying here maybe 30+ times in the past 3-4 years...I wont be returning

The standards of this place has surely dropped, from how it used to be.... To how is it now I blame it on the management of the place, clearly the monitoring and maintenance of the place is not being considered as a major factor,if I have to carry on and elaborate it could take me the whole day!

We arrived to a room that wasnt made up yet and were then relocated to another room. Rooms are decent enough - basically just the bear minimum of what you need. Air-conditioning works well but TV is fuzzy. Our bed was not properly made and there was hair on the sheets (!). The complimentary shampoo and body lotion bottles were only three quarters full, meaning they were not replaced after the previous guests. Very strange.Our breakfast experience  was interesting, to say the very least: service was terribly slow and lacking in hospitality. Nobody knew what was going on and nobody seemed to care that we had waited for our tea & coffee and breakfast for over 30 minutes after ordering three times from the same waitress.All in all, not the best stay; fortunately it was just for one night. Pay the extra couple of hundred to stay elsewhere.

Luxury room for a very low price. Quite the bargain. However dispite the nk smoking sign ppl where smoking insidie d bathrooms which spraid smoke through the vent to d next room just a breathing nightmare.

Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights, from 20th march 2104, purchased deal vouchers. rooms and hotel were very clean and beds were comfortable. Full English breakfast was described but was not served. They didnt have jams and sweeteners. The chef was waiter as well!!! The staff were not informed about how the spa vouchers worked with the hotel stay! The offer was just a gimmick to draw clients! I certainly was very unhappy with all the negative responses when i questioned the deal.

Very peaceful with great Wi-Fi.. clean and very comfortable bed.

This is a Halaal hotel so no alcohol, no bacon and any other unclean thing!😡 In fact, there are signs everywhere notifying guests that they will be fined R500,00 if they are found in possession of, or consuming, liquor! Other than the Wi-Fi that wasnt working for the duration of my whole stay, this place is not liberal nor accommodating to people who are non-muslims. That is all!!

I was not impressed at all..carpets are dirty,our toilet was not flushed,rooms dont smell fresh..I couldnt believe my eyes when I saw 2 males cleaning the rooms,1 was upstairs and 1 was downstairs. That is why that place is not properly cleaned and the amount of money we paid wasnt worth it at all..that place is beautiful but needs someone to care for it properly!

The worst service ever! Stuff at the reception were rude and not friendly, the food was not good. The only friendly person I saw was the house keeper, the rest of the stuff need training on customer service.

Hi i purchased this daddys deal from a friend cos she couldnt make it to come....a big mistake cos what was on the internet and what we got was pathetic.Firstly when we got here the maid didnt know what she was doimg anyway led us to the room...i asked her what facilities has the hotel got and she said nothing except a room.Secondly when the guy came to the room i asked him for the free wifi he said it only works at the bottom...so where in the bottom do you sit and use your wi....Thirdly i asked the guy if he could givee 2 of the same glasses to drink from and he came back with a clear glass and anoda small blue glass which i wonder was the maids cos it was so dirty....for a hotel there should be clean glasses in the room. Fourthly the towels that were given to us was hand towels nt bath towels or sheets...when asked for anoda blanket the maid said she does not have anoda one.Nw is the service a hotel offers...i wouldnt even pay 400.00 jus to sleep let alone pay 1000 a nite...i have bought many daddys deals before bt not pathetic hotels like what you potray to be a 4 star hotel on the internet with all the pics that ypu have on there is lies.My partner and i are professional people im a nurse and he a lawyer we dont need this pathetic service. When i wanted my money back the maid that was here said we cant have it and i still said to the guy this was pathetic...if i wanted a room only i would have elsewhere. My partner will be taking this up further for all the false pics that are been put on the internet...a very disatisfied customer.
