What an amazing experience! The restaurant was able to accommodate us as a large table at the last minute. The food was delicious and it was served efficiently and by enthusiastic and charming staff!The venue itself is lovely and can easily be used for large functions and even weddings! If you get the opportunity: visit Crinkley Bottom Park! Its worth it!

Rustic but clean. Friendly staff and basic menu includes some of the best fish and chips in the area. The setting in a wooded valley with a large duck pond is restful and delightful.

After many people telling us the venue was once again open, we drove out from Durban North and the venue is closed

Friendly, good prices, beautiful setting and the best fish and chips Ive tasted.

Just stopped for a quick drink on a damp day, ended staying for dinner and enjoyed all of it. We are non smokers and even though there was smoking at the bar, it didnt bother us as we sat outside. Would recommend as food was tasty, not expensive and the service was good. 4 stars due to the beer tasting funny because the draught pipes requiring a good clean out.

The place was extremely dirty, and expensive. Place need a lot of attention, and maintenance needs to be done more often.

Potentially a great venue. Lovely setting. Sadly the service lets the place down. Never enough serving staff and always the same excuse that people never pitched for work. Food orders are also never relayed to the kitchen properly or if they are the kitchen doesnt listen properly..However when eventually correct..the food is tasty

Scenery and atmosphere here is a constant buzz. There is always good vibes and the food is always prepared with utter finesse. Every trip here has ended with laughter and thrills.

Management seems to change quite often. That said weve had some good experiences here. Although Ive given 3 stars, the scenery is great, absolutely beautiful place for an afternoon meal and a walk around the duck pond.

Bring the kids, Jungle Gyms, private swimming pool, spacious restuarant with quality meals @ reasonable prices. Bar, Pond with Ducks & wood bridge. Night markets once a week. Wedding venue, chalets for booking. Conference centre.Lovely & Classy

Excellent vibe, amazing live music on Fridays, the food takes AWESOME to new level and the staff and loos are great! Fantastic for the whole family with decks and waterfront on the pond. They do wedding and events too...

Wednesdays are karioke nights, very chilled music, had a good time playing pool.

Pretty grounds but rooms are dreadful and restaurant not much better. Booked in for the night but left because the bedding was mouldy and disgusting. The manager did however graciously refund me for the room and staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Crinkley is awesome for weddings and outings with family. It also has a bar. Unfortunately no house brand specials on the drinks

While the venue is great, our experience on one Sunday was not. Only carvery available, not much food on offer, when asked if more was being prepared, No was the answer. Everything is finished. But we could not order off the menu and still charged the full buffet price. Not a happy camper. Hopefully they sort this out.

Very bad service!!!!! We understand that the World Cup was on, but some tables were not served at all while others had what seemed to be dedicated waitresses.

Its a rustic retreat. Very much look after yourself here. Bonus is that it is dog friendly.

Really pretty environment and calm setting, food is up to par but sadly the service and odd kitchen times let it down, I have heard that they hold nice weddings. But for the afternoon meal I wouldn’t recommend it.

Went for Christmas Lunch and it was very disorganised and a let down with the quality of food. They were also very delayed almost 3 hours awaiting the lunch. Unfortunately will never do that again.
