The service is impeccable. They are very fast with the orders, and the staff is super friendly. We felt like we were in a five star restaurant.

The food and service we received tonight was outstanding! It was a busy rainy night but our order was received efficiently and in no time we received a fresh hot delicious meal. With generous portions, the affordability was the cherry on the top! Well done Pedros Glenwood!

Love the food and the staff are professional and super friendly. Waiting time sometimes a bit long but really worth the wait. Personally think its great value for money. For us a family of 6 I get away with under R200 and sometimes up to R300 max . They have a 2 chicken burger special for R49 and its big burgers, decently sized and tasty. Well worth the price so 6 people will be R150 plus extra large chips x2 will be R50 . R200 FOR SUPPER FOR 6. WHERE ELSE CAN U GET A GOOD MEAL FOR THAT PRICE. I highly recommend Pedros

The food is exceptional, and great value for money, and the customer service is out of this world. Staff are very friendly and the manager is present and very welcoming.The restaurant layout is comfortable and spacious, and the place is spotless, including the ablutions.There is even a coffee shop inside!I really enjoy the food from Pedros, and this specific branch exceeded my expectations. It is by far no average Portuguese chicken joint.I will definitely be visiting again. I highly recommend.

The Glenwood branch is super fast and efficient and I have had no complaints since Ive been buying from them since their inceptionThey are Certified Halaal by SANHA.They have a varied selection of Portuguese chicken options which range from simply chicken to burgers, wraps and salads.The spice level also has a broad band, catering for the mild to extra hot palate.Pedros has a convenient, efficient drive through as well as a seating area. Whats better than one Pedros succulent, delicious and mouthful Chicken Burgers? Two for R50! Healthier option than other fast food joints and better value too. Cant beat it. Hope they can keep it up.

Very disappointed, placed a order at 3:45 food was delivered at 5 with the packaging completely messed. After sending it back, the new order came back only at 5:30, that too cold. Expected better quality.

The better of the Pedros I have been to, dont even mind the drive out to it. Great service and orders are always as placed, with no surprises or omissions when received. Tried the garlic rolls recently, for the first time, and yep I am sold. Great for good, consistent grilled chicken.

I found Pedros to be a decent place to eat out. The place is neat, clean and easily accessed. It had a nice view of the road Evan overlooking you car parked on the side of the road. The place was well managed with strong supervisory presence. The food was great. The chicken was well marinated and succulently cooked. The chucked was nicely cut and clearly marked with spicy, medium and mild flags. The waiters need training which I took one star away. The other star was left out due to the new eye catching coffee bar. I need to test the product before rating or commenting.

This is our ho to restaurant every lazy day or night when we are not in s mood to cook. The venue is clean with good service. I often leave the place with a smile. There restaurant has been compliant with Covid 19 regulations.I would also recommend this venue for meetings, my favourite spot are seats outside. These have fresh air, and a beautiful view of Davenport Square.The drive way facility is also very useful when in s rush. The most Ive spent on drive way less than 7 minutes.

Extremely disappointed with the food that I received. After making it clear that I would like the chicken well done, I had to send the chicken to be put on the open flame again. When I got home, the chicken was still raw on the inside. Quality control definitely needs to be stepped up.

6 minutes on hold, no answer, Tuesday night 7:30pm you cant be that busy and if you are get a second line installed.Why do your staff keep my receipt at drive through?Its mine! Why must I ask for it?And then I get my credit card slip taken out of the dustbin? Full of Corona? Probably!Its mine! Why your staff throwing my slips away!

Really disappointing first order with this store. Placed an order on uber eats at 16:30. Order estimate delivery time was 17:30. So here I was thinking everything is ok with the order arriving on time to break the days fast. To my dismay the Order only ended up being delivered at 18:16. Really disappointing experience. Store didnt have the courtesy to inform they are busy and order will be running late. Very frustrating especially when you got a hungry family that have fasted the entire day being made to wait for supper.

They dont keep the chicken longer on the open flame to get crisp and my wife slaw wrap was not cooked properly on one end. Once when finding out my order was wrong when I returned home, I called the store to complain, instead of them apologizing, I was transferred by manager ( an Indian lady) to speak to the cashier who took my order at the drive thru window. The flavor of Pedros chicken is good, but they need step up their game.

First of all i liked their drive through size it can accommodate big cars like ranger, quantum and many as long as it not a truck or bus of cause. They work like most drive throughs when it busy time or pick hour there some delays as you would expect but it great place to visit

I have eaten at pedros on the south coast before and their food was great! But this is the first time I ordered from pedros Glenwood on the Mr. D APP and the food was terrible. The chicken fillets were half done, the buns were stale and the chips were hard and old. I wont order from this branch again.

Today I had the worst service ever when I went to collect my order a lady at the drive tru till told me that I cant get my order I should go around park my car in the front and walk in to get my order which will mean I have to wait for all the cars in front of me to finish before Im able to do that, I have been buying in that place for a very long time its the first time today Im told I cant get my order at the drive tru so disappointed luckily managed was there and was able to assist me which means if he wasnt there I wouldnt have got my order very disappointing

Been here twice. My 1st time I had a lovely meal. Service was spot on even tho it was crowded.But my 2nd visit was so disappointing. The gas was not working so I received my chips after my meal was over and the chips were so bad as it was fried in cold oil.The manager should have rather stopped all chips orders instead of sending out bad foodI did receive a complimentary milkshake which was delicious .The iced coffee was also really goodI will visit again as the chicken is amazing and portions are well worth the money.

As good as their food is, the service is bad... Food that was supposed to be ready in 5 min has taken well over 45min. Eventually I tried to cancel the order... steer clear from this place 😡
