Well stocked store, friendly staff. Excellent covid protocols. Store is sanitized and fogged after closing.

Usually find everything I need here at great prices. 4 stars due to the structure of the queueing system in place and waiting time in queue, could be better - works rolls are good, just not so convenient to find that you have to go back to counter to pay for them should you decide to get one on your way out.

Wide range of goods. However very very disappointing to find them selling stuff that expired 3 months ago at reduced prices. Disappointing because I had drawn their attention to this last year. Brazen disregard for safety of their clients. I was going to buy it for my granddaughter but thankfully I looked at the date.

Bad Management - absolutely shocking that at 17:00 on a weekday evening they only have 3 tills open . When I asked the Manager to do something about it as the que was snaking and barely moving , his response was that not everyone turned up for work, and continued to have a chat with his colleague - instead of helping the cashiers pack to make the process go faster. Pathetic . These ques are a regular feature at this store

I buy alot of the pnp rice pops and was told to speak to the manager to order extra stock, lol in this age in time why must I do that, the merchandise or the computer should do that

Staff is friendly, good quality food, never full and I enjoy doing my every month, weekly shopping there...

My experience at Pick n Pay Springfield1. Very disappointing2. Whats with the snake queues? Does any one from this business ever shopped in a snake queue? You are forcing us to stand in queues and yet you caution us about the COVID 19 pendamic3. Cashier sitting and reading the advert leaflet4. 9 Till points and only 4 were open5. You had 2 ladies sitting the the manager box and gossiping6. Merchandisers were blocking aisles with customers trolleys and talkingSad to see a giant supermarket in South Africa delivering such poor service.

Good store, stock is.lomited but that is understandable based.on the size of the store.

The place is well planned, Its easy to get around and find the products you, the place is clean and the employees the are always willing to help

Good variety to shop for. However, prices are not as competitive as Checkers. I did a basket match at checkers and saved 23%.However pick and pay has smartshopper etc... so you decide where you feel.more.comfortable shopping. This pick and pay is clean and neat as they come.

The store is always fully stocked and super clean. Fresh produce is exactly that, always.Setup nicely, sufficient walking space in aisles, staff onbthe floor always helpful

Care but very slow cashiers

Today there were no staff around. And only had 2 cashiers which caused a backlog in the que for checkout. Understandably Covid is an issue for number of staff members in a store but I would think that if you had more staff and limited the number of patrons then there would be no crowding in the store which is what regulations want you to avoid

I went in there just to get cigarettes and I stood in a long line with people doing grocery shopping. Social distancing wasnt followed and there were people coughing in the line. Absolutely terrible. This place needs an express till that doesnt do account payments. Just cash for people with 10 items or less

The store had no stock of promotional items that I needed.I find this common in most Pick andPay stores

Pick and pay had affordable specials today.Racks were well stockedThe Ola icecream counter if far away from tellers.The queue was long by the time I reached the teller my ice cream was melted

Walked straight in, no queues. Was not very busy, shelves were all well stocked. Got what we needed and did not have to wait long for a till. Very pleasant cashier.However, the liquor section did not have the wine wanted, so went to the Hyper, that, I think, had the entire stock of Baronne.

Store was crowded and very busy with little staff to assist. Only 3 till operators were operating yet there were long queues instore

Nice shop but only 3 cahiers for a Saturday morning is not enough. Too much time spent in the queue

Guy at veggies, was friendly. At the cigarette counter they tried to charge me more than my purchase was. I refused to pay more & when I got home I saw they charged me for a large packet & I only had 2 things. Wonder how many people get ripped off like that

A large store easy to shop lots of parking available

Its a good PnP with a great shopping experience. The shop is clean, all isles packed and relatively quicker lines to the pay point.

Easy to find your way in the shop

There was no packer and cashier was angry towards me without a reason I end up carrying some groceries because she didnt put it in a plastic

They have increased prices on items. eg. Hamburger buns went from R2.20 before level 5 lockdown to R4.40 each at level 3 lock down, they cant use the excuse that suppliers have increased prices because they make the buns in they in-house bakery, opposite Pick n Pay is food lovers market who are selling hamburger buns for R2.40 each and it was much fresher than Pick n Pay, when I questioned the management team as they sat on their chairs at the information desk as to why these prices were so inflated, the reply was; it is what it is take it or leave it. I would never go back to that branch. No customer satisfaction

For a big chain store normally has only about 3 cashiers at any given time. Queues are too long sometimes worse if there is a price query another till is shut down for some time while some employee is given the opportunity of ambling along to find the price. Tellers are unfriendly selected shoppers served with a smile , lousy customer service go there if you desperate

Pathetic service. They close at 6pm but at 5pm there is only one cashier an 5 to 6 with no cashier. I would never shop there again

Was accosted by in store promotional consultants for their shopper card. This guy was deceptive and tried selling me a credit card when I clearly told I was only interested in a shopper card for points. Smooth and deceptive and wanted my ID number and bank details. OMW
