What a perfect store in my experiences. Great quality and value for money BUT PLEASE you guys need to open a store ASAP after this unrest it was destroyed and many people like myself are regular customers. Please find a new place and open the Nike factory store again. Thank you❤

The store is nice and clean the staff are friendly however the shoe sizes are a problem. You find a shoe you love but the size is not there. They need to fix that. Overall nice store

Love shopping here. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Only a certain numbers of customers are allowed in at a time so shopping there is a pleasure. The store is also always neat and tidy.

Nike factory Shop .top service by every staff member.and especially to Abdul .went that extra mile for me.phoning around other Nike factory shops t see if they stocked what I was looking for.did not take down the names of the other staff.but all gave me excellent service including the cashier.was totally impressed.you really are blessed to have such good staff carrying the Nike Brand.keep it up.

Prices are good but its a looooooooooooooong wait in the sun 25min to 40min. Due to limited number of people allowed in the store.

Organized, very Covid aware. YOu have to queue so that the store does not get over crowded, which is a GOOD THING. IFByou have a return, you wait outside and staff come to you to deal with the problem. Very impressed with the way it is managed. Well done.

One of the staff on the floor was impressively helpful. I got lucky because a sale was on, so prices were good.

I went to return an item due to it being to large, when I went before work, I was told by the cashier the they dont have any cash or sizes for me I must return tomorrow making me late for work not once but twice in a single week. This is very unprofessional and ethical for a store of this size and brand to be behaving in this manner.

Its horrible. You wait on the cue for too long before you get in while standing in the sun with no one bothered to make customers comfortable.

We travel yearly from jhb and spend not less than 10k in this store, unfortunately this time round we had to leave the store as we were told that no fitting without socks which we agree with 💯%.... I assured the security that my 4 year old wore size 10 and I can guarantee that I will pay for the item. He insisted that we produce a receipt first which made no sense at all... So yes we decided to leave everyones footwear and t shirts....

I asked manager how to clean shoes and he said luke warm water and a cloth with no soap . How do you clean shoes with no soap 😂 any way thats that and the discounts arnt that great if you see the prices that are so high youl be shocked 😲 definitely not a shop to visit if you dont have money .

The queue is always out the door...due to covid regulations, there are only a certain number of people allowed in at a time. The shopping experience though is whats worth the wait.

Worst service, my husband and I went in ,to get a few pairs of sneakers,however they wouldnt allow us to try them on. You have to purchase socks in order to do so. They should let people know before entering and wasting their time.

The problem usually be size but they are selling with a cheap price so go and get your self a pair of Nike.

Great shop. Floor staff not very helpful though. In fact one of the security guards was far more helpful than the actual sales people. Prices are good especially when they have a sale. Jack up the sales team and you would have the perfect shop.
