No kids clothes available and no staff wants to help

The one in the intersection of West and broad Streets in durban was bad. They made us wait 15minutes before opening the shop after todays load shedding at 4pm. The staff wouldnt even communicate with 15 and more customers why they wouldnt open for them they just carried on with what they were doing inside the shop while we stood and even attempted asking why they wont open. At one point one of the staff members was entering the shop and we asked him why were not being helped even after some time of waiting and he said something about their systems taking long to start working and went in eventually. His colleague then decided to just keep quiet and go straight to the door and lock it to avoid further questions. Im really not happy about the way the staff handled that situation. It never hurts explaining to customers why they arent being helped in order to keep them calm and understanding of ur situation!.

Well stock store, with friendly staff, just request that they have times of opening and closing on the steel outer door and not just on the inner glass door which nobody can see when the steel door is down
