Their service needs an upgrade, they ignore calls & they love chatting too much with their colleagues about their personal stuff that aint related to the customer or work. You have to wait while they tell each other about their personal life 🙄... They must learn to pick up the phone or just not have it since they ignore it ... besides the staff not being professional, the clothes an etc on point. I buy a lot there.. Forever New is one of my favorite brands.🔥❤
