The consultant was friendly and helpful and they managed to fix my phone much earlier than the estimated time of collection

Fantastic service. I was lucky, as I went early on a Friday. The service tech person pre-ordered parts from my phone and he was able to replace the glass screen on my phone within 45 minutes while I waited. The helpdesk person was very kind and professional and a real peoples person. I will differently go back there again. I really appreciate the effort becuase this team saved me time by avoiding me making four trips. Well done guys at Vodacom Old Fort branch Durban.

There is no structure in the shop, I dropped a phone off for repairs, a week later they could not find it, 2 weeks later the guy working on my phone repair is sick, I have to wait until this guy comes back to work to get any feed back as no one has any idea whats going on in there. Really now how can a business run like this. there should be provisions for no stars when it comes to rating such service.

Poor Vodacom outlet. We went in first thing in the morning and the manager smokes inside the shop. It was a terrible expirience to get inside a shop that felt like a smoking bar. It was a terrible expirience. One employee said their indian manager smoke inside the shop. Terrible expirience I havent felt in more than ten years

Time on webpage says open till 6 I got there at 5:10 and was told transport awaits we cant assist you. Very poor concern for customers do they know customers pay their monthly salaries. Totally disgusted by the way I was treated considering I was there before and they were offline. Had the tables been turned ii wud have gone out of my way considering the customer came back. All this said the doors were still opening for customers. Wonder why if they were closed .

Disappointing, went in store to query my billing on my contract, without even asking for or checking my information on the PC, she just assured me everything is being deducted correctly. She then offered to upgrade or put me on a better contract, which had nothing to do with why I was there. After declining that offer, i asked for my statements to be emailed to me (as i have yet to receive any sort of billing or statement information in any form). She decided to take a personal call at this point, describing on the phone what she wants to eat for lunch, leaving me standing there mid conversation. Eventually she just told me call this number 0821946 and they can do it for you. I would not have taken time out of my work day to drive to the store if i wanted to sit on hold all day to a vodacom assistant sitting at another desk somewhere else in SA, to try fix this problem.

I arrived at the store at 16:55 pm ,and the consultant refused to assist me with booking my phone in for repairs as it was a part of insurance claim . He refused for me to even walk in the premises , whilst they supposed to be operational and were open. St5aff member was unprofessional and blamed head office for incorrect operational times online.

Poor service delivery their staff unfriendly. When you call to make a follow up on your phone they never have a clear answer as to when you can expect your cellphone to be repaired. They give Vodacom a bad name. Never experienced such service from other Vodacom shop.

The owner of this vodashop in his effort to speed up his employees to assist customers has no ethics. He is rude, irrespective of speaking to his employees in front of customers. Doesnt mean that he owns the vodashop, he can speak to staff in a rude manner thus intimidating customers. I wouldnt want to visit here again because he thought i was a sales rep and asked the staff to deal with customers first thus giving me intimidating looks.

Bought a Hwawi p-smart and they couldnt transfer my contacts etc. Told me to come back twice, and now waiting for 3rd visit to advise me as to whether they have whats necessary to transfer my information from the Samsung to the Hwawi P-smart!! Help!!!

This is the most unprofessional center i have ever dealt with.They dont answer their phones, the manager doesnt even answer his cell or reply to SMS messages. They give false names and wrong information.
