Even though I had the car filled up at the Sasol petrol station on the airport grounds, they still charged me for putting more in once Id handed it in, plus a cover charge for actually doing it!! For this reason I will NEVER use this bunch again. I thought this scam had been stopped years ago but obviously not. Oh, and BTW if youre over 59 (say 1.75m) you might want to watch out that they dont give you a Honda Amaze because it has to be one of the worst cars to drive, only fit for small people - probably designed by a midget Japanese!!

My brothers car insurance was hired a courtesy car at Hertz on 12 March and bringing the vehicle back on 27 March with full tank of petrol,clean and the were no dents but they come with stories when they suppose to bring back his R1600 deposit even last week he was in durban branch but they didnt assist him

Great Saturday service I got a brand new rental used forb3 weeks and delivered by a friendly driver would definitely use them again.

Rented white Nissan Almera Sedan on 26/09/20 - 28/09/20. The car was in a very good condition. They told me that my deposit will be back after 7 working days & of course I got it back yesterday (07/10/20). The receptionist (Rebbeca), VERY GOOD SERVICES!!!

Worst service ever & I will also inform flysafair to stop referring us to first car rental at durban airport when we book our flights.Got stuck at the hotel because of battery issue & they said I should use Uber to get to the airport as I was running late for my flight, now they refuse to pay me back the money for Uber.Be warned, do not use their service.

The service there was good but the phone service was shocking...I wanted to bring car back but was told to phone a relative to pick me up as they dont give lifts back to where you want to go.
