Very poor or non existent service from Ravi Singh,tried to speak to used car manager, non existent, still awaiting reg docs for my vehicle.Will never recomend them to any one.

I met with e mechanical specialist who able to help me with aA diagnosis. I the mechanics name was Vishan and was super helpful and friendly. The the lady who wrote up the quotes name was Nikita If remember correctly. But over all I felt very well looked after.Thanks you Hyundai Durban South.

My car was sent for repairs after it broke down in Durban over the weekend, I stay in Umkomaas.The communication was purely over the phone until my car was fixed. I had a pleasant experience with Hyundai Durban South. Big up to Traimain in the workshop. Also thank you to the security guy who attended us on arrival. He was on shift on 31 Jan 2021 at 15h00. Forgot his name.

The trade price and new car price was good. The rest leaves a lot to be desired. In hind site I would pay more for better service. I’ll place my business elsewhere going forward.

I took my car in for a 105 000kn service. Which I moved from a previous date. They did not pick up the changes I made to the booking but assisted me immediately. Good service and very friendly. I also received a follow up call to confirm that everything went well and was towards my satisfaction.

I bought my used car (2017 Hyundai I20) from them in Jan2018 the sales techniques and charm was in full force. Anything to get a customer happy to buy a vehicle, however when my engine packed up in Oct2018 and needed to be replaced I cant say I felt the same enthusiasm from this dealership. After doing all the running around to sort my car out and with lots of help from Hyundai Winkelspruit Service Centre my car was fixed. The least I asked was for Hyundai Durban South to get some documents in order for me to change my log book details. Even this was a hassle as they agreed to sort it out and never got back to me. On the phone however promises were made. When I did a follow up on whether the work has been done I was told to do it myself. The most disappointment has been felt here! I wish this frustration on no one.

Disgusting service Durban south HyundaiI took my car for 30000km service where my car was sctrached, they took it back to fix but the scratches were still there, at 45000km my car came back with a dent, I was asked to bring it in to sort out the dent and sctraches from the previous service and told it will take 2-3 days, I dropped my car off on a Tuesday morning early, I call service department 7times on the Friday where nobody knew anything and I couldnt get any feedback, I go in on the Saturday personally to find out only to get told the car was parked in the back storage and nothing was done, this is a poor excuse for a service department, we purchased 2 brand new cars from this branch but are sure that we will not be dealing with them ever again, attitude and useless work done, totally disgusting
