I have been buying my tyres and getting service here since 1994. Will never change. Guys are so awesome and always able to make a deal for me. Service is bit slow but that is because they are always busy.

Great speedy service, needed to change a valve stem, no charge, checked all tyre preassure to ensure all was in order. Thanks guys.

I went in for a simple puncture repair a while back which failed. After going in 2 more times to have the same puncture fixed again I am told that the puncture is now too big and cannot be fixed. Now I must replace 2 new tyres because of their stuff up. I understand mistakes happen but they arent slightly interested in helping remedy the situation or at least helping cover a portion of the cost of the damaged tyre. The manager just said there is no guarantee on their repairs. In my industry if you damage something attempting a repair, you replace it. It must be nice working in an industry with no guarantees and no accountability for poor workmanship. Its disappointing as Ive only had good service from them in the past. I dont know whats happened to them. They wont be seeing my personal or my company vehicles again.

Very good place to go to change tires or suspension or control arms etc very good priced and long warranty and always give me a good price on any of my wheel balancing or tires I would recommend going to them best service by far compared to any tyre shop in Durban anand they have been around since 1939 which shows u that they are very trustworthy

Pathetic... the guy attending lenin has no interest or pays no importance what so ever to the customer... we had went there and he was on his phone the whole time ...while attending to us... he looked down at his phone 95% of the time while speaking to us ...their service is so slow too ... we will never go back there...

Fitting tyres at Royal for the past 25 years... done them all, second hand, retreads, cheap new brands and branded new brands. Irrespective of what your pocket can afford they have fantastic service and meaningful relationships... they will be 80 years soon... keep keeping us safe on the roads with great grip...
