Okay so service was quick and very competitive pricing but they scratched my rims!They fit your tyres at super quick then send you next door to Dunlop dealer for wheel alignment as I paid for the wheel alignment with the new tires at Super Quick, so it couldve been either of them. Nonetheless, they seem to be working together so one of them need to train their staff not to be sloppy and negligent.Whoever decide to go here... make sure they dont damage your rims, Very unhappy about this!

Was sent here from Bluff tyres as they were swamped on the Saturday we went so this was not my 1st choice. But service was good and fast.

Blatantly refused to help with a tyre puncture.

I was attended to quickly, and my problem was sorted out within 20 minutes.

You pay fee before work is attempted, only to find that the repair cant be done and no refund. Dunlop is better as they check for you first then pay once it has been established what needs to be done, and if repair work does not take place youre not liable to a fee.

Staff are friendly but if you go on a weekend be prepared to wait long as they are super busy.

Spoke to a guy called Navash, he quoted me over the phone for 2 x tyres (Good Year Effecient Grip) an 4 x shocks (Monroes) for a Hundai Accent a TOTAL of R4020 (Fitting an Balancing included), i did confirm the amount with him repeatedly as I also got prices from other people as well, but when i got there he tells me he quoted me R5020.....That was absolutely pathetic, I just had to do it, cause I was going on a Long trip an needed the stuff sorted urgently. my mistake was i did not ask for the quote on mail, cause them he mad me like a liar, as had no recourse at all. Absolutely disgusted as I was taken advantage of, and to think that i always took my cars even company vehicles to them....Lol...Loyaly has no REWARDS

Technical support is great, turnaround time to complete was poor

Not impressed, 1stly quoted 1 price and when arrived told another price and wasnt going to turn back and drive to pmb, after rear 2 tyres fitted , car had vibration on my way back 2 pmb and was pulling to the right, turn arounf went back and car was re balanced and fitted, car still pulls to the right and was not going to turn around and go back for the 2nd time. Seem like a trial and error system

Terrible customer service, brought my car in and explained to the guy what my issue was, the guy said that all his staff were busy and could only look at my car in the next hour or so when clearly this was not true....I then went to another branch which was a lot busier than this one and immediately someone was there to listen to my problem & even suggested what the problem could be and asked me to wait until someone could test drive the car....never going back to the bluff branch or ever going to recommend to anyone.
