I always get what I wanted... Okay thats mainly because all three times I ordered and paid online first before picking the things up, but whenever I go there the guys are friendly and even though Im there for literally twenty seconds every time, I get a good vibe.

Most of their products where not available, they were really out of stock. Which makes things really difficult for a person who save money for long period of time to buy that particular piece of equipment only to find out they wont get it any sooner.

Awesome people to deal with. I purchased a kit and was not happy they changed it for me with a smile no questions asked. Prices are great as well. Always have stock of what’s advertised. All the staff are a pleasure to deal with. Kyle was very helpful, he demonstrated almost every light without a fuss. More shops should be like this. Poor service, Ive been waiting for my order for plus two weeks. I was told it gonna be delivered last week even today i havent received it, i traced my order today and it says Im gonna receive it Thursday while i need it for tomorrow. Every time i order i have to call twice or 3 times before i receive my order please fix this😕

I went in with (what I thought to be be) a huge problem - a very kind lady listened attentively to my summary of the issue and very kindly helped me understand that I had to set the flash trigger differently. I (as usual) had not read the manual - thanks for the help

Extremely unhappy with their service the management seems to change there payment protocol like their underwear . I have been with Broadcast Lighting from the time Luke and Darren have operated from their home and have bought many items from them but as of lately the service is really bad.

Great range of equipment and gear. Staff are nice, but service is ridiculously slow. Waited almost 30 minutes in a practically empty shop to do a return that took 20 seconds.

Very disappointing. I phoned and got a rate for their studio, which I used to quote my client and while on the phone I made a booking for the studio. I then received a mail to say the studio was unavailable on the day that I had booked and I would need to move my booking to the next week, which I tried to do, to then be told that the studio wasnt available at all! Had to find another studio at double the price.

Dont hold your breath waiting for them to respond to e-mails.The equipment they have for hire is in a shocking state.Their studio needs maintenance and the staff arent very informed they always look shell shocked when asked a question and normally respond with incorrect information.Avoid at all cost.
