My partner & I got and photo book printed here recently, at a very reasonable price and on short notice (1 day turn around). The staff were friendly & so ready and willing to assist with any questions or additional requests that we had - really going out of their way. Excellent customer service all around and the outcome of the photo book was professional and of a superb quality. Would definitely revisit!

Fotofirst is in an accessible location. I have had a few poor experiences as a customer, but despite this the manager is responsive to criticism and seems dedicated to improving the business. I hope the business and staff can become more organised to provide a consistent consumer friendly service in the future. I look forward to hopefully writing a more positive review in the future.

I dont know why so many people have given foto first so many low ratings... I found their service to be helpful and quick.
