Ive never bought from nagiahs due to all the bad reviews, however Ive tried them during this last two months and they seem to be doing something right, excellent ½lamb purchased yesterday, their durban sausages and patties are now my regular items

Extremely clean and Neat. Well spaced out store . Has everything from your spices to meats. Very friendly staff especially at the spice counter.

Absolutely pathetic service. Stood at the fridges to be served for over half and hour and was not served but people who came after got served. Absolutely disorganized and terrible. Rather not waste your time shopping here.

Too many mess ups on too many products. The deveined prawns was certainly NOT deveined! A horrible experience biting into sandy prawns! Bought a pack of chops - only to discover just the top layer was chops, and the bottom was all ribs! Really bad business practice, will never shop here again.

Well stocked but not much savings

Very bad experience on buying pathetic sausages thats off the customer service is pathetic the meat products is very bad the marinated chickens was off mince was off aswell has the chicken sausage was also off,this was not the first time that this happened to me,the manager from head office called me only to say that his sorry nothing can be done,

Fresh meat products but my first time experience with their offal sheep hd was bad one. Extremely hard and took hours to cook.Customers should be alerted to cooking time

Bought a half sheep very good quality at a reasonable price the staff very good highly recommend to other people
