Tutso is great especially the manager Denzil, hes doing a great job.The foods great

Visited Sibiya after years and decided to give this restaurant a try during my stay there after soon finding out that it had replaced A2A. Paid R220 for a buffet dinner and the variety was appalling to say the least. Food was bland and the grilled meat was cold. Only two flavors of ice-cream and sub-par dessert. Id recommend heading to Butcher Block (next restaurant situated just before the food-court) for much better value for money and far superior food quality.

I was there with the family on Saturday the 1st of May 2021. The food was okay. But the manner in which the so called manager runs the place is utter rubbish. It was my daughters birthday and some of our guests had not arrived. The manager attired in a blue shirt and black pants says we can only bethere for two hours. Is this how you treat your patrons? My wife was there during the week and she wasnt told anything of this nature. The staff of the restaurant said even they didnt know about this.

Lovely Buffet, Value for Money. Good selection of Curries, Roast, pastas and desserts are lovely. Good Vegetarian menu.

The attitude of their staff is bad. I have been there for a couple of times, their food is not bad but please do something about your staffs attitude #stinking

I went there to enquire as to what time they firstly there was no one at the entrance to assist me I then noticed a chef inside there who I asked if I could get any assistance he then called a waitress African female who gave me the worst attitude ever she came and stood about 3 meters away from me I asked if she can come closer so I can ask and she said you must come to me I ended up not asking anymore I left. That place stuff is unwelcoming they have an attitude problem dont go there if you in a good mood because they will ruin it

Hi I hope the reviews are not there just for show and Tatso takes heed good or bad. People that are invited for breakfast are gamblers and spend a lot of money, Tatso is no where near Chic cos and yet both are Casino buffet places. Tatso should introduce more egg stations they definitely have the space, an omelette station, some fresh waffles. The choices is not relative to the price. Please please carry a survey and change up a bit. Apple fruit salad I mean really...and dry scones and muffins.

Unfortunately I would not recommend this place .. I was so excited to do dinner there ..I thought it would be really nice.Well to my surprise completely the opposite was in store for my friends and I. (Birthday Dinner I should add) .. it was very embarrassing I wont ever eat at Tatso again!Imagine a dinner date .. without dinner. The food was honestly so disappointing. Not much of a variety and not very helpful staff either. Such a long wait for such poor service.

Really amazing food though I believe that they could do better with the samosas nother than that excellent experience

Had breakfast on the May.Worst breakfast ever had in my life.Staff no care and have bad attitude.Manger was not interested in our complaints.Would not recommend to anyone.

I tend to disagree with the previous reviews. Denzil is doing a fantastic job of upstanding tatso. The place is neat, elegant, and staff are Uber friendly. Food is great. Some people overdo it, so do expect food to be low if you come in late. Certainly no fault of the restaurant. Desserts are awesome. Thanks Denzil

Pathetic, just out right pathetic. A very un-organized restaurant. Service is terrible, staff are so unfriendly. Theres no cutlery for you to eat, please carry your own. I would never recommend this place to anyone... Best of luck on running your restaurant. You doing a terrible job.

I have been to Tatso... and I have not had a good experience at all... paying so much of money and not even worth it.... the food was not wat I expected and the people are not friendly at all.. this is sibaya and makes alot of money u guys need to re check

As much as had searched it on internet and read the reviews of which most were of unhappy customer.. I was pleased. I mean I didnt expect anything above expectation but indeed I was more impressed than the reviews I had pre read. Place and environment is very pleasing neat and appealing and its in line with other buffet services I have been to here in dbn. Visited the place on 29/6/19 for dinner.

Wouldnt recommend this place. Food was dry and bland and not much of a variety. For the price you pay it was very dissapointing!!!!

The staff at the entrance are not that friendly however I assume thats because they are busy, however the staff on the inside are brilliant. The food is great but I feel that the options should change from time to time

If you want to visit Tatso Buffet, PLEASE DO!!! The food is great and the staff are very welcoming and friendly. Those with negative reviews are talking utter nonsense. Dont take those reviews seriously, just go and have a good time with family and friends.

Im very new to this kind of buffet style restaurants (waiter-less) however it works. The restaurant is nice and child friendly. I wasnt completely blown away by the food as there is a limited variety. The curries were spot on and the hake was dry. Desserts need some work, if it says mango cheesecake, I want Mango cheesecake not a tart granadilla thing. I thought wed be having dinner by candlelight when Eskom loadshed us but they have back up generators which is great. Overall the food was tasty and the family liked it. So Im happy 🙂

Ridiculous service, first we find a whole lot of flies from the milk canister, then we realize how low standards the food actually is. Tatso is my worst experience ever .When it was first A2A the experience was far better , the food was excellent and of high quality, the previous manager was very helpful and went out of his way to provide for vegetarians. There was always a big variety for both meat eaters and vegetarians. The food has decreased to a large extent and is very bland and tasteless, deserts have decreased and cheese bord is bare , salads r terrible . Its a very bad experience here and no one should waste this large amount of money for nothing mediocrefood.

Good service and good food provided only problem is that there only give you two hours to eat up but otherwise it is a good buffet

Really bad experience paid over 500 for 3 people and all that was available was fountain cold drink. We sat down at 7:30 and there was nothing to eat. Pieces of scraps left in the serving dishes. I was disappointed and you could have seen the disappointment on other faces too.

Below average. I was very dissappointed with the selection of foods. Some of the staff are friendly, some are rude and unhelpful. Some of the staff (they might have been the chefs) dont seem to have an indoor voice and were engaged in a loud conversation, which my partner and i could hear loudly from our table.

The worst experience ..food at its worst..Will never go back there.they need some culinary skills.. very unfriendly staff..
