In 2013, I had visited this boutique and had a wonderful experience. My sister purchased a beautiful dress with the help of friendly and knowledgeable staff .My family and I have always referred other people to this place because of the good experience we had. My sister is now a graduate and we returned to Amanda Ferri for her graduation dress. This time around, our experience had us walking out the store with no intention of ever returning. We had found 4 dresses that my sister was happy to try on, but the assistant, refused saying there was a limit of only 3 dresses per customer .she proceeded to remove the 4th dress from our changing booth. When we did arrive for our appointment (15 minutes early), the assistant pointed to racks that were available for my sister to choose from and asked nothing else. When we decided to look at dresses at another part of the boutique she led us downstairs and stood by and watched without assistance. During the process of trying on dresses, this assistant stood at the register on her phone whilst I, put dresses back into their bags and took them back to the racks . A second assistant somehow joined this mayhem popping her head into the changing room to have a look at the dresses being tried on. There was no privacy and no help. Not returning to this place and definitely not recommending it to others .Hi Amanda, thank you for your response . We had decided to try on long dresses not for fun, but because we saw nothing in the cocktail range that my sister was happy with .the second assistant asked if we needed help after all 3 dresses were tried on. The first assistant was unhelpful .she stood at the register on her phone whilst I went looking for dresses. We had every intention of purchasing a dress when we visited . Nothing was done for fun and because of poor assistance and bad reception from the ladies who worked there, we chose to leave and take our business elsewhere .
