Staff is always friendly and super supportive, always making sure you are okay and comfortable. The environment is very clean, highly recommend donating blood by the Bluff branch if possible 🙌🥂

I went today at about 10am to donate at the mobile clinic(thats pretty much in the pick n pay car park). I asked the lady if it was open yet, as I was told last week that they would be there at 9, and I was shocked by the way she told me we not open yet, give us 10mins! with the most unpleasant face ever. Not sure if she knows but I am donating my blood I get nothing for it and to be spoken to like that is shocking. I just walked away speechless.
