Just wanted to say I love their bedroom furniture sooo much...HOWEVER,everytime am about to contact them for an order..My guardian Angel reminds me to check the reviews...Now I remember why I still havent ordered anything..Hope they improve because their work is beautiful

I have paid a deposit in January of R5500 and end of February I paid up the remaining balance of R5400. Its August I have not heard anything from the company. The person I spoke with on the WhatsApp is really rude. The never gave me a solid answer about my order. Please play far away from this company its a scam!!!

I bought my bedroom set from Milo designs and it was delivered nicely within 6 weeks after making the full payment. Had great assistance from the director Marco who responded to me each time i had any questions and worries on delivery.Thank you very muchLove my bedroom set

I bought a bedroom suite 2017 till today no delivery no refund, took them to the small claim court but then covid happened. Am going to their new shop in Hillcrest this weekend and see what I can take there. Will involve the police if there is a need

Poor service, you order from one person and the person you ordering from rushes everything to payment. Once payment done they tell you about email addresses you need to contact. Contacted the email address [email protected] endlessly with only an automatic response with a number which is forever on voicemail. I have not recieved my order. To think of it i nearly placed second order. Mxm

The Company (Not sure if they do exist), supplied two numbers which do not exist when dialed. They respond to texts and emails till the money is paid up and after the full payment, they go missing.I believe they are a scam and need to be closed down.

After waiting for 8 months, I finally have my order.

I dont even think they deserve a star to even start with. We ordered a bedroom suite in October, after 5 months waiting for our order. The delivery was made my a courier company, they then told us they dont assemble the staff they just deliver. while we unpacking we discovered. 1. The items delivered are not even close to what we ordered.2. The items where incomplete.3. The poorest quality ever seen.and yet these people demanded that we pay the full amount before they can deliver. Im grossly disappointed at their bad service and lack of professionalism.They will surely be hearing from us very soon.

Their work on Facebook looks amazing but service is terrible. Ive been waiting 5 months for my items. Im located in Durban as are they, so really not very much distance to deliver in comparison to across the country they claim they do. Full payment was requested in November 17 upon request in readiness of my delivery. Payment was made. Their policy is no refund which they seem to ride on making customers wait eons for orders and continous excuses and failure to follow up on your queries.

Good service, I just wish that it felt more like a showroom than a storage space.

Milo Designs dont deserve any star, it has been 1 year and 2 months since I bought bedroom suites worth 55 000 and I have not received any except all I hear its excuses about a courier that cant deliver or the furniture has been damaged by the courier for over a year now. Mr Ceo Marco Wood and Danie the salesman you are scammers and you dont even ashamed about your wrong deeds. People will know about your shop that your intention is not to sell good furniture but to Rob them their hard earned money.

Bad service at Milo designs, the CEO is so unprofessional. I was told my order is packed and ready to be delivered, paid the amount in full then 3 weeks later Im told that my order isnt ready yet and Ill get it after 2 months.I them asked for my money back they say they dont refund.

A star is a major upgrade for a company that is a dishonest as Milo designs. A bed bought in February has not been delivered yet. If they are not waiting for the way bill they have not confirmed order dispatched.I hope you have built a mansion with money you scam from people. Ndithenge I Bus eneNtshontsho.

I wish i had read the reviews before making a purchase...7 months ago I paid for a bed and i just received it 3 days ago. (1st July 2018) After numerous attempt to call (ceo doesnt talk to anyone was the answer i got) and heated up messages. Threatening them to bring my lawyers for them worked quiet well...received the bed after 30days of threatening...when i posted my review on FB i got banned...worst service ever! Dont ever ever buy from them again...the beds fabric is dirty. They didnt even bother to clean the sawdust off the bed. What a waste of R13200! Pathetic! il make sure i post reviews against them wherever i can for banning me from their page.

Milo Designs dont deserve a star. These people are just underestimating their customers. I have been waiting for my PAID goods since last year, September all I got was a waybill with comments that says Marco will tell me when to track and it is now 2019 and I keep getting lousy excuses. I have decided to engage with my lawyers and they will pay for the legal costs, Im so not happy with them, if only I knew.

I have ordered a bed room suit fully paid is 2months now ,no update on my order I even sent an email to the company CEO no response.They are not customer focused not pleased at all with the service.
