We have purchased beds, kitchenettes, couches and wardrobes from Westcliff Furnishers in the past and we never had any issues.Last year we were looking for a TV Unit and when we purchased the one with speakers, we brought it home and realised that the weight of our TV was far too heavy for the stand.We contacted the Sales Person and he was so very understanding and he advised us that we should bring it in and he will gladly replace it with something else or refund us. I then told him there was another TV Unit I was interested in seeing.The next day the same TV Unit was kept aside waiting for us to see and I was so happy to know that they worked so quickly and efficiently. We also purchased a Big 5 Coffee Table.I was very impressed on the quick swap, them ensuring we would not have to wait and such amazing customer service! Well done!

Staff have no telephone etiquette. Lack knowledge of products and theres no website. I bought stuff from the store that I am happy with but the lack of sales ethics and acessability makes it hard to come back to you guys.Thank you for getting back to meMaybe regular product training should be done on staff. I asked the lady about a bed today and she told me to come instore which is not always easy. Customers want to see things before they buy but if there arent images then they expect the sales person to have knowledge about products and influence their decision in purchases.I literally dialed another store and a guy was so helpful that I bought the bed.My sincere apologies to the owner for the loss of a sale and to the staff member who answered the call I hope you take your job more seriously. You represent the store.
