Went to alot of bed stores but heres Ive got the best service, most information which over all helped me make an informed decision

Bought a bed from this place, had issues within 3 months, they send an assessor out who then takes a month to repair the bed. Bed is damaged again due to the pathetic workmanship and now no one has the intention to assist me. Guys, it’s been 8 months now and u cannot return my calls or get this sorted.Donot support this place. I have reported this matter to consumer affair.

Used this branch twice and the service is pathetic. they promise things and dont deliver. the staff are always grumpy everytime i went in there. always giving each other dirty looks. and speaking rudely to each other. will never use them again

Got what I went for base set which is available in a large variety here from rest assured, sealy posturepedic, edblo and many more branded names and all beds carry a warranty. Mattress protectors, headboards, pedestals, lounge suites, bedroom units and many more. Plenty parking available

Unethical in every way! Sales person sell me a Gas stove - promising me that stove ignites itself once turned on....when I get home we discover that stoves needs to be lit by matches...even oven. When we contact store, they are unaware our product having to be ignited with matches and ask us if we are sure. They dont call back...so we return call to find out that because we used stove...they wont be able to even assist us...even though we were miss informed by them. My point is when I first called, they asked me to be sure, and to connect gas to it to check! Basically they lied to us about their product! Stay away from this company...rather pay a bit more and deal with the reputable establishments.

The service is bad as I bought a bed from them About 3years back I lost the invoice but hve a delivery card but they wont help me although the bed as a 10 year not warranty but garente
