We were offered a menu for breakfast on arrival and when it was breakfast time food was not read,yet the menu asks you to select a time and we had to wait close to 45mins for food,place does not accommodate for kids.l would recommend it for adults.

The place is great but breakfast need improvement and a variety of choice .There is no value for money on the breakfast .

The staff were very friendly. There were no serviettes at breakfast. We ran out of towels and no more were available. There was a loud radio on at breakfast on monday. This is definitely not a 4 star hotel...maybe 3 stars at best. The room was spacious and comfortable

One of the best places I have ever been.

Makes you feel at home. Everyone is friendly and the place is clean. The bed is big and comfortable. The shower is amazing. Breakfast is nice and the atmosphere is welcoming.

Lovely place

Guest house, but was not even a glass of water to welcome the guest. The TV was not working. Very little toliet paper in the toliet. Very small rooms. Had a battle to get the internet going. Told host that the room smelt of smoke, she said she cant do nothing its after hours and that was only 6pm. Actually deserves a -1.

I will never book there again. It is only about the money with these people and its a shame they are not considerate. I requested the use of the safe and to date nobody has bothered opening the safe for my use. Breakfast is strictly over by 09:30 and they are simply not accommodating to their guests.I will never go back even if they had the best deal in town.Horrified with attitude and service.....

Love this little hotel, staff are friendly and welcoming. Rooms spacious, with spa baths...walking distance to Musgrave centre and plenty restaurants. Breakfast is also very good. Highly recommended!!!

Gold OaksI feel this place should be renamed according to title of this review. Great facilities, safe and secure onsite parking. Friendly and helpful staff who smile often. The room was clean, had clean towels, clear instructions on how to operate TV, air con, safe and Dstv. My room even had a working Jacuzzi :-) which I couldnt resist testing. Breakfast is simple, yet filling in a cozy and fresh dining room/ restaurant. I loves my stay here, the only negative was staying for only two days.

I loved the service.The place is clean and comfortable. I do however think their breakfast can be better.

Our room were not ready on arrival.. The wifi were not working.. The carpets going upstairs are very dirty... The room are very small... Same breakfast every morning...fishvingers??There is a broken umbrella stand without cover as you enter the sitting room area towards breakfast. . few things that needs attention. Would not recommend to anyone...not worth the four stars....

Booked a deluxe room but it was far from deluxe. Graded 4 star boutique hotel but after 17.00 no facilities open besides open plan patio. Bathroom facilities well below par. No management to talk to either.

Friendly staff, nice rooms, close to restaurants, banks and a lot of different local businesses.

This outfit does not know the meaning nor standards required to be rated a 4 star Boutique Hotel. There is nothing that I can report on positively, maybe the friendly security guard and staff trying their best with nothing

Parking is a big problem at the Hotel. We went to dinner, then they phoned me and told us they had caught someone and had to end our meal to walk back to the hotel to take our car away. Cant believe you rent more rooms than there is parking. The bubble bath doesnt work either. I feel the amount of R995 per night for 2 people is hopelessly too much for the location of the hotel and its also not worth your money if you dont even have a decent parking for your vehicle. Will definitely not book here again.
